My new kitchen is beautiful! The service and work by designer Sandee and the contractors she recommended were excellent. The project was finished on schedule which I consider a bonus.

We went to 5 different places and were about to give up on our kitchen renovation until we saw the design by Howards. It was perfect for what we needed. Their craftsmanship is absolutely top notch and could not recommend them more

Really loved working with Mark! He helped me make some tough decisions in regards to my kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend Howards over other appliance stores, I really wish I would have done my whole kitchen remodel with Mark!

I ran into some problems when the tear out team took the shims with them and the installing crew came to put down my quartz. Apparently there was a gap and the installer sent pics to the owner who told them to just caulk the gap. So I went to Lowe's and purchased 6 tubes of caulk for them to use, which looked okay. They had to also install some wood trim where the cabinet didn't match up. Then when the garbage disposal was reattached it started to leak. I had water leaking onto my wood kitchen floor so the plumber they had came back out and told me I needed a new garbage disposal. So I bought a new one and had him install it, but he forgot to remove the clamp on the dishwasher hose and so my dishwasher wouldn't drain. So he came back out to fix that. It took several weeks for my flooring to dry out but eventually it did. I also had a downdraft hose that wasn't secured properly under my cooktop and had to have that reattached properly. When I called the owner to report these problems, he acted like they did everything they could to accommodate me and went above and beyond. Really? I had to deal with 3 different subcontractors he sent to my house and no one was accountable for all these issues. The owner never called me back when I contacted him to discuss my unhappiness with how the work was performed. The fact that all my communications with him were over the phone, by email and my personal trips to his store in Mariemont should have been a clue. No one from Howard's ever once came to my house to look at my kitchen and see what was going on. The sub contractors left in a huff and the quartz installers said the tear out team should've left the shims in place. I did get a good price on my quartz but the service after I paid the bill was sub par. I tried to contact them before posting this review to see if there's anything they would do to try and remedy my experience, but no one bothered. So I guess it's case closed. I would never recommend them to anyone for a kitchen remodel.

UPDATE: After someone at Howard's read my review, I was contacted and received a heartfelt apology for how I was treated and was asked if there was anything they could do to satisfy me. I told them I would appreciate having them come out and see what was done in my kitchen so they could assess the situation themselves. They did come out and looked everything over and agreed that the quartz installers should have told them what happened and installed shims so that my quartz would've matched up closer to my marble backsplash. He sent a different plumber out to reattach my sink faucet since it was loose and told me he felt badly that they didn't address my concerns better. So I guess all things considered I would change my rating to a 3 because they did admit their shortcomings but honestly I still wouldn't trust them to do any other remodeling jobs in my home in the future. It was just too little too late for me.

Magnificent job from layout to completion of our new kitchen. Contractors were superior in tear out of old kitchen and installation of new cabinets and appliances. Electrician did excellent job in placement of cam lighting and outlets. Could not be any more pleased with Howard’s Kitchens and Sandee who pulled it all together from layout to completion. Well Done,Well Done

I've done projects with Howard's (Loveland and Cincinnati) many times and there is no substitute for experience in remolding and product selection. Combined with outstanding design when you need it, Mark and the team at Howard's knows what they are doing.

I worked with Sandee at the Loveland store. She was very knowledgeable about the products Howard's sold. She has quite an eye for design and pays attention to the details. I never felt rushed or pushed in a direction. There was no upselling. I did appreciate being able to take samples home to see how they looked in our kitchen lighting. Our new cabinets, countertops, and appliances have brightened up our kitchen and look wonderful. I am glad that I chose Howard's Kitchen's with this renovation.

We needed a new gas cooktop and downdraft. Mark was very responsive to our needs, made great recommendations, completely arranged the installation, which was done in a very professional manner. Howard’s Kitchen had remodeled our kitchen originally almost 20 years ago. He has always stood behind his work.

We bought a double wall oven and washer/dryer from Howard’s. Very fair prices. Excellent installation on time and done well. Mark is great at providing pricing and performance information. They have been in business a long time (we did a kitchen remodel years ago and bought appliances then as well). Always very professional and helpful.
