While there are other great builders, we chose Hensley because of this exceptional reputation and an overwhelming deep amount of experience. It is clear that Hensley has the integrity to always do what is right, and at the end of the day this is what we value most as we go through this process with them as our partner.

We were very happy through the entire process while working with Hensley Custom building. Tim Hensley and his entire team is honest, professional, easy going and pleasure to work with. Tim was very understanding of our needs and budget while providing quality service. They use high end material and pay very close attention to the details. As it was our first time building the house, we were very nervous but Tim and his team guided us through the entire process and made it a fun filled experience. They led us through the selection process with vendors along with a designer to help achieve our plan. And when a situation arose, we knew Tim would get involved to personally correct the issue.

A leak under tub caused subfloor to rot. They removed our tub and surround panels, made plumbing repairs, replaced the subfloor, were able to save the tub and surround panels. Everything is finished. Such an efficient crew.

The flooring is fantastic. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. Work completed on time and done very well. I recommend Homestead to anyone. Ed and his craftsmen are amazing.

Paul beat us to our new house and had already scoped things out. Since we are still 2 weeks from closing, he wanted to be sure we wanted to proceed. We did because we wanted to give the builder sufficient time to fix any issues. It was very considerate of Paul to ask though.

Paul spent about 3.5 hours in our home. He was outside, on the roof, in the basement. He checked every door, window, toilet and faucet. He explained everything along the way and answered all our questions.

Paul went over his report with us and then sent us the official document later that same day. The report is well laid out with descriptions and pictures of the issues as well as suggested solutions. The document was easy to forward to our builder. The website also has many resources for other trusted experts we may need in the future.

It is an expensive service but will very likely save us money in the long run. Several issues that Paul found could lead to damage from wind and water. Overall, it was a good experience from scheduling with Morgan to the actual inspection with Paul. I would highly recommend Horizon Point Inspections.

This is our second time using Horizon for a home inspection. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Post inspection I had a couple questions and the office responded quickly. The report is extremely user friendly and includes trusted contractors that you can reach out to in case you need quotes.

We will continue to use Horizon for any future inspection needs!

What an amazing company! Positive experience from my first call. Amy traveled to Columbus to do my home inspection. My appointment was scheduled 2 days after my initial phone call. Amy was very thorough and explained findings as she inspected the home. With Amy's guidance I asked the seller for repairs I would have made on my own. She saved me well over $2k in repairs! Carl is great and so knowledgeable. And the report is so detailed, provides all the information about the defects, as well as general helpful knowledge and the ORC code it refers to.
