We replaced our inground pool liner with AP. What TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by the owners son. Old liner lasted 14 years. Newer liner faded within 2 years.Of course it was not THEIR fault.

I just buy supplies but everyone I’ve met is super friendly and helpful.

I’ve been a customer for decades, great company & outstanding , friendly staff.

Do not go with these people the service is horrible and they do not tell you anything took a year from the time they sold me till they put my pool in a year later. This has to be the worst service I have over seen from a company. No call backs no communication no service.

Jon and Becky just closed our pool down for the winter. They were professional, efficient and fun to talk to. They were friendly and felt like family.

Would never trust them with the drivers they have! Was almost hit when he pulled out of a parking spot in an open lot all the way across the empty parking spots in to the main lane where I just turned from a stop sign!

These guys must be doing very well. I’ve had to beg Jim to call me. He just won’t. I’ve called many times. Sent an email. I told them I’m ready to get a pool. And nothing. Not calls. No responses to emails. I ended up going with someone else.

Awesome place! Beautiful showroom and this place has great energy! I’ve had great encounters with the team! Highly recommend.

Sent an email inquiring about if they service hot tubs, and an idea of a ball park in price. No reply. So we went to the store itself, but the staff was too busy socializing with one another and discussing their plans for the night that no one came to help us even as we stood at the front desk.

Since they obviously aren't in need of sales, we'll take our business elsewhere.

Once again Aquarian saved me a LOT of money. After almost 4 years of use, my salt cell gave out, so I ordered a new one at Aquarian. Becky saw my order the next day and called me to say she thought I might still be under warranty. Turns out I was and I got my salt cell replaced for free. THANKS BECKY!!

We have been in and out of Aquarian Pools the last two years and their commitment to each person that walks in the door is awesome. This is a family owned business and you can pick up on the family atmosphere the moment you are greeted. Wonderful business, but the wonderful staff is the reason behind their success.

Aquarian pools is fantastic! If you are in the market for a pool you cannot go wrong with Aquarian Pools! We have had our pool for about a year now and everyone at Aquarian Pools has been wonderful! We were fortunate enough to be able to really customize our pool and Jim was extremely knowledgable and patient helping us do that! We did the saltwater system, heater, 3 fountains, custom stamped concrete, and an auto cover. Our backyard is now a paradise! With two girls, two dogs, and stressful and busy lives, it is fun to watch the family relax poolside! Who doesn't turn into a big kid when they jump in a pool! All along the way the Aquarian Pool team was kind and knowledgable, willing to answer the many many questions we had as first time pool owners. The process was very smooth despite the bad rain we got last year when our install occurred. We could not be happier! Aquarian Pools has even gone above and beyond since then helping us after hours when I was in panic mode before a large party we were having! It feels wonderful to help support local small family businesses and even better when the family is so kind and willing to help with all of our needs! Don't hesitate if you are in the market for a pool, Aquarian Pools does a wonderful job every step of the way and beyond!! The staff from Jim to Bob, to Becky and Fred and everyone in between is amazing! I also wanted to mention that Rob who did our concrete work was so kind and did a wonderful job, our pool looks amazing and the added customization of the concrete work and fountain stone turns an ordinary pool into a backyard vacation spot!

Tim, a Supervisor, has a team crew of John and Mason. Impressive from beginning to end: professional and willing to answer questions as well as make suggestions. Advanced notice was given as to their arrival time. I would recommend them to ANYONE..simply amazing work ethic and care for the customer!

Pool maintenance products from them are great. BUT, they quoted me $700 for a variable speed pump install. Simply because I didn't buy it from them. I'm not even sure Lawyers charge that much an hour.

We have been using Aquarian Pools & Spas since they first installed our pool in 2007. Everyone we have dealt with over the years is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable about products and services. Whether we need a repair, or simply the pool opened or closed, we always turn to Aquarian for whatever our needs are. If you are looking for anything pool-related, don't hesitate to use Aquarian.

Don't go here if you actually want a pool installed. They won't call you back. The girl who won't answer the main line, only the phone when you want to leave a voicemail says she can't tell you when Jim (Store Manager and the only guy who can determine if you can have a pool installed) will call but he is busy with customers. They say they will respond quickly but can't even return messages unless you are a customer standing in their store. Too bad. She wouldn't even try to tell m she would take my name and number. I would just have to wait. We would've loved to have been a customer.

Aquarian built a pool for me in 1998 and it is still working great. I have replaced a few items over 19 years, but I am very satisfied. I still call them in regards to chemicals and mechanical issues and always get prompt service.

Absolutely useless company. I paid them over $200 for a pool opening and they did more than that in damage to my pool. They intentionally dumped every bit of debris from my cover into the pool, charged me for extra chemicals I never agreed to pay for, and hooked up all three hoses incorrectly to my pump and filter. When I tried to contact them for service recovery, the manager Jim, would not call me back despite telling me over and over he'd call me "right back" or "tomorrow morning." I called almost every day for a week and a half to try to get something from them. The best they could offer me was a $50 store credit.

You could not pay me to accept goods or services from them again.

We signed our contract and paid our deposit the first week of May. We were initially told we would have our pool installed the beginning of July. It is now September and the digging has not even begun. The only update we ever receive is when we call and every time I am told by Jim you are two weeks out. I have been told this for the last 8 weeks. I understand weather delays but now I feel we were given unrealistic time frames from the beginning. The lack of communication and extremely poor follow up is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I called a few times to confirm I would be on the weekly cleaning list. Two people I spoke with said I was on the list. I received a call on Friday saying the weekly cleaning roster is filled and I was not on the list. The previous owner of my home liked this company and suggested I use them for all pool related things. I contacted them last year to add our pool to the weekly cleaning list starting in 2022. Here I am in April looking for a pool servicer at the last minute. I would not recommend them.

I'm going to give them a 3 since we didn't do business to stay neutral. I can always update my rating if we do. Google showed they were a pool supply store open on Sunday til 4pm. I called got an answering machine to leave a message it had no hrs of operation on the message. I didn't know if they were busy or closed. I took a chance and drove there. They were closed but there was a pallet of chlorine out front. I wasn't sure what else they sell or if they even sell supply's to the public. One thing says they are contractors yet they come up as a supply store & open on Sundays on Google. They need to add hrs of operation on their answering machine and update their info on the internet.
