This is the right company for you IF you prefer not talking to a live person. I called after hours and described my need. To keep the message brief I only shared a small amount of what I was looking for thinking someone would call me back. Nope. TODAY I received the contract/Docusign document with many conditional fees prepared by using aerial shots from Google Map. It felt like a "take it or leave it." CGRP is not for me because they didn't want to fully understand what I needed. Now I need to waste more time to communicate the full scope of what I need...to someone else. My first impression wasn't good. I do hope yours is better.

These guys did a great job for us. They came out quickly, and did the repair we needed right away. I accidentally gave them the wrong paint, and they were wonderful in going to the trouble of paint matching for me and repainting to get the job done right. I can't recommend them enough!

I called Gutter & Roof Protection to evaluate water damage, and if necessary evaluate the roof as a possible source of the damage. Upon inspection, it was believed the damage was due to either 1) condensation run-off from a vent in the area of the damage or 2) may have been caused by a one-time back-up of outside moisture when ice collected along a converging roof lines. Given supporting moisture damage near the vent, the first speculation is probably more accurate. I appreciate 1) not being sold services that I don't really need, 2) being pointed in the direction of an HVAC professional to determine how to manage condensation build-up, and 3) not charge me for the advice. I found them honest and trustworthy and would be happy to engage them in the future.

I have been in the customer service business for over 20 yrs...so price was important but professionalism and follow up are just as important to me. John responded to my inquiry (several other companies never bothered to even call me back for an estimate), he spelled out the estimate for me in detail, continued to keep me updated on when the installers were starting, and checked in on me a couple times during the process. Ron and Marvin were our installers and they were great also. I called John with a couple questions the next day after the job was complete and he came back out to not only answer the questions but show me what he meant. IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT THIS COMPANY IS A MUST FOR ANY OF YOUR GUTTER AND ROOFING NEEDS!

Had water issues around my chimney. John Allen was amazing - prompt, careful assessment, detailed pictures of the causes ... and VERY honest and professional. Even though the solution involved masonry (work Cincinnati Gutter and Roof does not do) John generously pointed us in the direction of someone who could. We absolutely will call John if/when the need arises. Side note. The weather was terrible. Windy, cold, wet ... and not a hint of complaint or frustration on John's part. Thank you, John Allen!

I just bought a house in cinti area and called around a few places to get a new roof ,gutters and other home improvements done and after a long search found John from Cinti gutter and roof protection, He was Great with helping us figure out what all we needed and to save us money. Today we had our roof replaced by Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection. This was the end of a two month long frustration involving a leak and our insurance company. From the first day they were there to help us. They walked us through dealing with the insurance company, choosing the right shingle and replacing the roof. I could not have made it through this without their help. Paul was a joy to work with. Always easy to reach and helpful, all my questions were answered immediately. His advice was invaluable.

This morning, the team came to replace the roof and replace a damaged part of it. Tonight we have a beautiful new roof. Five guys did it all in one day, and when they left I couldn't find one nail or scrap of shingle left anywhere. All day they worked with care and then cleaned everything up beautifully.

If we ever need roof work done again I will call no one else. When we replace our siding, they will doing the work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection did a great job putting new siding on our house. The builder of our home cut corners when building our house, so there were a few issues found when removing the siding. Tom pointed out ever issue, provided regular updates and made sure things were done right this time.

First time I've ever written a review for anything. I had a roof leak - 4 different companies came out to inspect and none of them could determine the source of the leak. I then called Cincinnati Gutter and Roof for a separate problem with gutter. The person came out to my house to look at the gutter and I mentioned the roof issue to him. He climbed up onto the roof, took a picture of what he thought might be the issue and then caulked it. He didn't charge me anything for this 15 minutes of work and roof hasn't leaked since. And I was satisfied with the gutter work as well.

I am very pleased with the service from this company. I needed to have my downspout re-attached, and other companies either never got back to me, or tried to sell me on replacing my gutters. I was told that it would be months before they could see me. Cincinnati Gutter & Roof came out the next day for the estimate, had their people out in 2 days, and did just what I need for hundreds instead of thousands of dollars. I will definitely use them again.

John Allen was of no help to our roofing problems, We tried others and were able to get someone to come out and stick with us on getting the job complete. Cincinnati gutter and roof Protection did not install a new roof on our home and the staff was lacking, they were very unprofessional and didn't show up for the job(very important to me )They were ALWAYS polite and courteous, but it was all lies. I would definitely not hire them nor recommend them to all my friends... J.R

John came out to quote work on our gutters, but realized that our gutter system is covered by a manufacturer’s (another company) lifetime warranty. He explained that he is more than happy to quote the work, but it should be a zero cost repair through the original company. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism he demonstrated, and will be reaching back out to him with any future work.

John Allen was incredibly responsive during my reroof and gutter replacement that arose from a hail storm. He met with the adjuster when they came to inspect the damage and also later helped facilitate the recoverable depreciation process on the hail claim when I ran into issues with the insurance company. His roofing crew headed by Angel was efficient and did a good job as did the gutter crew. I would recommend calling John and Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection if you're looking at gutter guards, gutters, or need a new roof.

After doing some research for gutter guards, I decided to call Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection. John came out and gave an estimate for the guards and as soon as an opening became available, the guards were installed. The young man who installed the guards was very nice. A few weeks after the installation, I called John with a concern about how the the gutter was sitting and he came as soon as he was available and fixed the issue. He even did some additional maintenance/repair on the soffit. I would recommend when looking for gutter work, that Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection be considered.

John Allen / Cincinnati Gutter and Roof installed a new roof, siding, gutters, downspouts and gutter guards about 7 years ago. We could not be more pleased. Everything still looks great and works great. John Allen / Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection were very professional and should we ever move and need these services again we will contact John Allen. I highly recommend this company. I had new gutters installed in 2021 along with gutter guards for the back of my house. Installation went well and the new gutters are exactly what we needed!
I needed to have the front gutter cleaned this year. Thomas did an outstanding job and then John, the owner, followed up with me because I misunderstood the invoice. John came out to my house and looked over everything - great customer service. Will definitely call when I need a new roof!

Hi, my name's Jim Brummett I was told by a family member to try Cincinnati gutter in roof. I needed a new roof and I had them come and give me and estimate and time. Mr. Allen came to my house, prompt very professional.
He went over with me The Procedure on what needed to be done. It came out very, very well. I've had a few of my neighbors come to me and asked me about my roof they also used Cincinnati, gutter and roof. And as well, a few co-workers from work needed. Some gutter work and siding done. They all are happy with the work that was done to there homes.

Cincinnati Gutter and Roof values their customers. The new gutter Installation went smoothly and any issues were corrected immediately. After a few years of living with my gutters I had some wind damage. There response to my call was quick and it was repaired. I respect this company. They value me and stand behind their product and work.
