I used Horizon Point for the my home inspection, including radon and sewer scope. This was the second time I have had a property inspected pre-purchase and I found the Horizon Point techs to be very knowledgeable and thorough in the inspection. Price was fair given the standard rates for this scope of service. Techs were respectful and more than willing to share their professional opinions on their findings throughout the inspection.

Chris did an extraordinary 4-hour Premium Home Inspection which saved us from a $400k+ disaster in purchasing a pre-owned custom home that appeared to be in outstanding condition. It wasn't! There was hidden water intrusion behind the drywall at the foundation slab level accompanied by a very high count of mold spores (13,000) which required professional remediation. Within the various types of mold spores found in the air quality testing was an elevated level of a particular toxic mold considered to be a health hazard...found in four (4) bedrooms! The majority of the square footage of the house required professional remediation! $$$$$$ Chris found other issues throughout the house (that we had missed) that would have been costly to repair/replace in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, garage, chimney /gas fireplace and exterior retaining wall. We will never ever use any other company in the future except Horizon Point Inspections! Morgan was terrific! She made it easy to schedule the inspection, pay, and get the reports all within the short timeframe that we were allotted with the house under contract. I'd rate Chris and Morgan as a "Perfect 10". Carl was incredible and professional. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Super knowledgeable and answered all the questions to put any worried home buyer at ease. He even laughed at my Ghost Adventure joke. More importantly, he did not find any ghosts. 10/10 would recommend.

Chris and Garrett did a phenomenal job. My cousin and her husband used this company and I was already set on using them due to such a good experience, but then my realtor even suggested them which was a great feeling. They were extremely thorough and I would recommend doing the Premium package to get the full scope. It pays off and saves you money. Carl Heywood was amazing! I got to the property early Carl was already there and ready to work. The saler of the house accidently lock the screen door. Carl had already called the agent. Begin the inspection outside the house. He was very pleasant and explained things in great detail. I am glad i chose Horizon point to do my inspection.

Thank you for verifying it is in the same condition and agreeing that your company saw it. In my past year of home ownership I have gained more experience with upkeep and repairs, and now understand what is an acceptable and what is not. That is why I am leaving my opinion.

Our inspector, Carl, made the process so easy and clear with being first time home buyers. He was so thorough and did a great job explaining and showing everything to us at the end of the inspection. Cannot believe this place is a actually called a business
They sent a kid to look at our yard for a new pool he had no idea what he was doing and was told to leave and we called and was told someone else was coming over 3 weeks later no show!! Looking forward to our new pool with a different company!!
