Cleaned my overly nasty carpet and it looks like new and smells super fresh! Great service.

Appt scheduled for this morning and they never showed up. I called a few times and the phone just rang and rang with no answer. I called Clean Right in Centerville and explained my situation and they are coming out this afternoon for me.

Misled us to believe, through their magazine advertisement and the fact they told us we only had to to move anything breakable or that might get tipped over, they moved furniture to clean a bedroom, When they showed up they would not even move a night stand. Don't call these people unless you have a empty house or just a hallway to be cleaned.

I had things moved and had a appointment for Saturday the13 2021 at 12 to 2pm they never had the courtesy to call until 5pm, I told them never mind. Because I had already put stuff back

We received a call 30min before scheduled appointment and was told their employe called off work and there were no other employees on the schedule for today....complete wast of my time!

I was recommended by a friend and they cancelled two weeks in a row right before they were supposed to be here. Very unprofessional and wasted hours of my time prepping the rooms for their arrival.

Was supposed to be here between 2:00 - 4:00 and did arrive until 4:45 and finished 2 rooms, a hall and stairs in less than 15 minutes. No call about being late, grumpy and unprofessional worker.

Excellent service, professional cleaners were very polite. I was truly amazed at how great my carpets looked when they were done. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Overall I was not impressed. They cleaned my carpets so quickly I was left concerned that they did not do a thorough job. They did not move any furniture while previous cleaners have to clean under. When I asked for advice about some wear on my carpet they just tried to sell me another service.

Had them clean mother-in-laws carpet today. They were about 30 minutes ahead of schedule and called to let me know they were on their way. Really did a great job, and moved chairs to clean underneath. Spots and traffic areas were as clean as the rest of the carpet.

The company showed up in a van with another company's name on it as if they're subcontracting the work out. The employees we're disheveled and and pretty sure the guy brought his son along just for the help. Contracted them to clean 5 rooms and a stairwell. Literally in and out in 20 mins. When I went to pay he said he was just going to call the Credit Card number in and not write it down. Well the person on the other end was "busy" so he had to write it down. The charge was on my card before they left the drive way (Saturday). It's now Tuesday, the charge went thru, and now I have another pending charge for the same amount. I called the company and they said no one wrote the authorization number so they ran it again and they would void the charge. My whole experience with this company has been all around shady and would not recommend them. On top of it all, I didn't notice a difference in the carpets. Completely unacceptable.

They NO SHOWED and would not even answer our phone calls. Would have been nice if they had enough dignity to atleast call and inform us they weren't coming rather than having us wait all day with half our furniture sitting outside.

We had an appointment sheduled for Saturday. We moved everything outside and into our kitchen so that we had as much as possible off the carpet. The appointment was sheduled from 1-3pm. We called 4 times from 3:30-5pm and left voicemails on the guys(Joseph Campbell) cell phone that had called the house earlier that morning telling us there had been a cancellation in case we wanted to move our appointment up, which we had already told them 1pm was the earliest we could do.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I cannot believe this company couldn't even give us a call and let us know they weren't going to be coming! We sat around from 1-5pm waiting with half our things in our front yard and the rest taking up our entire kitchen. I'm still in disbelief that a company would just not show up to an appointment they set up!?! I would never recommend this company in anyway shape or form. After reading other reviews on here, I can't believe Reach Magazine is even letting a company with consistent cases of blatant disregard for their customers advertise in their magazine. Just look at their reviews for yourself here, Angie's List, ect.

We had B&B here this morning to clean our carpets, they called me before hand to let me know they were on their way & were on time. We had a couple spots on the carpet from our dog relieving himself, that also smelt really bad. I showed them the area that I was mostly concerned about, & the spots are now gone and all of the rest of the carpets look brand new! I did get the deodorizer also just because of those spots from the dogs, & the only bad thing is that the deordorizer is very strong. I kinda have a headache from it now, but hopefully that will dissipate after some time. I told our neighbor about the carpets looking so good, & she has already called them for an appointment to come do her whole house. Thank you to B&B for such a great job!

Mike and Brian were here to clean the carpet in my living and dining rooms. They were on time and they were very personable. I liked the information Mike gave on how to care for my carpet, particularly with pet stains. They also did move my coffee table, lamp and dining room table and chairs. We didn't have anything else in the room. They made sure to put pads under the furniture to allow the carpet to dry. Much appreciation!

I had B&B cleaning my carpet today, and they did a good job which they can do better if they move around the couch as they promised over the phone when I called them. Overall I had a great experience with them. The carpet looks better and beautiful! Thank you B&B !!

I called and had them come out recently to clean my carpets. They were very nice and helped get out some stains from the previous owners. Carpets looked better than they have since I have moved in! Definitely will be calling again!

I just had this company come out yesterday to clean my carpets. Paid extra for the Carpet freshener (which wasn’t cheap) my house smells worse today thAn ever before. I had 5 rooms and 2 sets of stairs they were in and out in less than an hour and left my carpets SOPPING WET!!! I called the office to tell the receptionist that I feel the carpets are extremely wet and I have never never had them that wet after having them professionally cleaned. She literally said to me “I don’t know what to tell you!!!”
I even tipped the two guys and told them to go get lunch. Dumb dumb. I won’t use them again. My house smells!!!!! . I never complain and never write reviews so that should tell you enough. But I felt very discounted!!

Had an appt on June 24 2024 and July 1,2024. They called both days saying flat tire and called again following week saying van broke down. Will not use this company again. Very unreliable and use old brokedown vans

Are y’all for real? These people are a joke and a complete waste of time!! They should be put out of business. So …you guys get drunk on weekends and have hangovers on Mondays so y’all call y’all customers to make up excuses but y’all forgot you gave me the same excuse last week about your vehicles being broke down. So that’s ok I’ll take my business elsewhere.DONT USE THEM!!! Very poor professionalism, unreliable, and waste of my time. Sober up and do your jobs!

They did a great job. I was not aware that they are not allowed to slide a table from one side of the room to the other. I wish I would have known ahead of time that they can't move furniture. So would have been better if we could have planned to move all the furniture out of the house. What a pain now to have your carpets cleaned professionally.
