We needed our home and outdoor windows washed and prepped for sale of house. The work was fairly priced, scheduled quickly, conveniently, and well done. Two men came to do this job. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. We will definitely use them again !

On time, conscientious and outstanding final result. After they wrapped up and were driving away, they noticed a small spot on the roof that got overlooked. Sent us a text to let us know and were back within 30 min to fix it. Highly recommend!

Casey was very easy to work with, reasonable on price and very responsive. On the day of the job, Casey and his partner showed up a few minutes early for their 30 minute arrival window (unlike many service providers that give a 2 to 4 hour window when they might show up and keep you waiting around for half of a day). Overall, they did a great job, we would use them again and we recommend their services.

I used them for residential cleaning (concrete driveway, porch, back patio, sidewalk and 2 sets of patio furniture) and they did an outstanding job! The men that showed up were on time, professional, extremely polite and thorough. Communication was great the entire time as well. We are very happy with the quality of the work. Our house looks great after the wash. Some parts are whiter (cleaner) than I’ve ever seen. The team that came did a great job and went above and beyond. They also did a good job communicating with me throughout the process and dealt with weather issues. They were prompt in getting back to finish the next day. The only issue we had is the cleaning solution discolored our newly painted shutters. I asked about this before we scheduled and was advised that It should be fine as long as it was a week or more prior. We painted 9 days before they came. The nice navy blue shutters are now more of a dark turquoise. Nothing a fresh coat of paint can’t fix, but still not ideal.

I would highly recommend.

After leaving this review the owner of the company reached out to find a way to “make things right” with my shutters. He hired a professional painter to come and repaint. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service they showed. They went above and beyond. They clearly care about the work they do and leaving the customer satisfied.

The crew from Great American Soft Wash did a great job! They did a thorough job of washing off everything from top to bottom. The gutters, siding, and all look great! All the algae and dirt are gone. They were friendly and answered any questions I had.

They did a great job doing the exterior of my house. They were in and out very clean house clean, roof clean, concrete clean. Highly recommend!!

We’ve used them now to clean our roof and windows. While they did a great job cleaning the roof, I’m not sure what they did to the windows. They’re still dirty, they didn’t squeegee so there are dried water drips on the windows. It wasn’t cheap either. Just felt like a lot of money for 45 min of their time and the windows still being dirty afterwards…

The team showed up on time, with good text notification when they were en route.
