Our dog had an accident I couldn’t get out myself. Contacted Howard’s and they set up an appointment quickly. Alex came out and Treated the stained areas and removed the stains. I also had them do the hallway and another room that needed cleaning.
Alex was very professional and courteous.

We erroneously hired Howard’s Cleaning Service. Thought it was the same company we used last, but it wasn’t. Busy life and failed memory. Anyhow, we kept the appointment. We have mostly hardwood, not much carpet. Two bedrooms, a loft, small walk in closet, one staircase, and two small area rugs. Bob showed up on time, was friendly and efficient. He was in and out in under an hour. Carpet looks brand new! Howard’s Cleaning also responds to emails promptly, a style almost unheard of these days. Glad we erroneously hired you. We will “intentionally” hire you again! Great job!

Tony was awesome! He was extremely thorough and took his time getting our carpets clean. Our dog chewed up a whole bottle of red Mio and it left a pink spot in the middle of the floor on very light colored carpet. Tony worked on the spot and unfortunately it did not come out during the cleaning. He did not stop there. He treated the area and instructed us to allow it to work overnight. The spot is completely gone! I am over the top thrilled and will recommend Howard’s (& Tony) to anyone who asks!

Great Service at a Great Price!!! First off I want to say the entire process was top rate from the moment I spoke to Ashley to make the appointment to meeting Cameron, the technician who came out and did the cleaning. What an amazing young man who represented Howard's Cleaning and himself extremely well. He did an awesome job and definitely won my business for the future. I have had many of the larger companies like Stanley Steamer and Teasdale Fenton as well as some individuals clean my carpet and this by far has been the best experience. I'm a customer for life. Alex arrived early & went to work. A couple hours later the carpet almost looks new. We tried other cleaners with all kinds of methods but the carpets just didn’t look very good afterward. We were told about Howard’s and after the first visit we were sold. Since then, we’ve had them back for 3-4 visits and have always had great results.

Highly recommended!!! They came over before the holidays and did my carpet and love seat which were both very soiled from my dogs. Wish I’d gotten a before and after photo because they look BRAND spanking new. Their technicians were very pleasant and knowledgeable, I will use them again and again.

I was very impressed with Howard's Cleaning. They did very detailed work, but what impresses me more about a company is how they handle a potential problem. The issue ended up being on my end, but I was concerned my carpet did not get fully cleaned. We determined after trouble shooting together that the issue was on my end. My concerns were addressed immediately and they were prepared to rectify any issues promptly if it was on their end. That is the true sign of a quality business. Would gladly use again.

Howard's cleaning service was above and beyond what we expected from any service provider. They were very professional when scheduling the appointment and arrived on time. The results they provided we amazing! The crew was able to get longtime stains out of our carpet and the tile in our kitchen looked brand new. They were also able to get the soap scum and grime out of our floor-to-ceiling tiled shower.

Howard's Cleaning Service did an incredible job cleaning and treating all the carpets in my newly purchased home. All of the stains from the previous owners were able to be removed without issue. They did not try to upsell me anything I didn't need and assured me that the concerns I had would be a nonissue. Their prices were very reasonable. They were right on time to start the job, very courteous and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Howard's Cleaning Service to anyone and will definitely use them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.

They always seem to fit me in if I need it done by a certain date, and if I have a last minute “add on”, they can get it done that same visit. I purchased a new condo and was planning to move to my new home. I needed them to do a Move Out Cleaning for my carpets. Both the office manager and the techs are always professional, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me. Did a great job cleaning our kitchen/mudroom vinyl & grout. Took about 30 minutes total and grout looks as good as new! Workers were professional and friendly.

I wish I had taken a before picture! I can’t believe what they were able to clean from our couch. The staff was incredibly nice & they charged a fair price. We thought we might have to buy a new couch - they saved us! We will definitely call them again for additional jobs.
