So we were having MAJOR water issues with our 40+ year old gutters. Met with Colin on a Thursday afternoon. Super nice, down to earth guy, like him immediately. He never tried to oversell anything, provided solid professional advice, and quoted me an incredible price. His Team had the job done by the following Thursday. I never even got to see the crew - but they took great care in cleaning up after themselves, and even carefully moving all of my wife's deck plants out of the way. The upgraded gutters look incredible and I really wish I could give 10 stars here!!!

Colin was easy to work with and communicated well. Didn’t hard sell me on parts I didn’t want or need. Needed some tweaks after gutter installation and Colin made sure everything was remedied correctly and quickly. Having Brent and his team help me manage the cleaning of my house for over a year now has been a real blessing. Used them for the past 4 years and the past 18 months they had gone down hill so finally stopped using them. Paid for 4 cleaners for 1 hour and the last few times it was 3 cleaners for 45 minutes but charged the same. Other colleagues of mine stopped using due to similar circumstances.

I like the weekly email notifications and bills. I like the running folder we keep to communicate. I like that they bring their own cleaning supplies.

The cleaning team is always on time, extremely efficient, and in these times we’re going through especially, I feel very safe having them in my home. At the end they always ask you to check their work to see if anything was missed or needs done differently. It was never necessary! My house was usually their last or next to last. They were always still cheerful, energetic and professional. I’m moving out of the area- I wish I could bring them to where I’m headed!!

We have had simply organized clean are house for about a year and we are not satisfied with there cleaning job most of the time and there are some people that work there that are very good and nice and other that are ok and some of them just vacuum and dust and kind of make the bed and they barely even show up on time.

Terrible service! While preparing for a party I decided to give this place a try because despite spending a good chunk of my own time cleaning already I knew I could use the help. Spent over $200 and the house was still a mess when they left. Shelves weren't dusted, they did not move anything around on the ground when they were sweeping, mopping or vacuuming, left behind a lot of debris. Keep in mind, I had already gone through the house and pre cleaned myself, baseboards and all. I was looking for somebody to come in and finish up the fine details because I would be short on time. Specifically asked them to vacuum the couches and when I booked the service they said absolutely, not a problem. After they left it was clear they had not touched them at all. I was on site during the first half of the cleaning but had to leave for the second half, and they assured me that they would finish the job well and that it would be fine. Having used other cleaning services in the past, I did not feel uncomfortable leaving the house while they were still here but what a mistake! I had to have them come back and finish the job because I got back 20 minutes before they were supposed to be finished, and they were already gone yet charge me full price! I looked around and realized all of the spots they had missed, including the couches. The service sent the cleaning crew back, but I was out of the residence again. I had left my good vacuum cleaner out since I had been using it a few days prior and after they left I realized they they must have used my vacuum because the release button was now broken. Having just used it a couple of days before, I knew that it was working fine until this cleaning crew had come out. They did not clean the tops of the tables, there were little cobwebs and dust up on ceiling vents that I had assumed they would vacuum as well or clean out. Even the mopping they did in the kitchen was atrocious. There was still food on the floor under the table from breakfast! Absolutely would not recommend this company whatsoever, I am appalled at how horrible this was. What a waste of money! I've tried other cleaning services in the past but wanted to try to go with a smaller local business, won't use them ever again. Back to the tried-and-true services that are further out!
