James and the team at Infiniti did an amazing job with the lights. The amount of detail and attention that went from explaining the whole process, showing up ahead of time, and installing the lighting surprised me! My family is excited to have these for the holidays and our neighbours even asked about them. Great overall and very pleased. Thanks James! Wow, we are really blown away with the quality of service we just received from Infiniti! We have always cleaned our windows ourselves, but after James and the guys stopped by our home and gave us an on the spot estimate, we decided to give Infiniti a shot. The work was scheduled, followed up on, and all questions were answered. The crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning all of the windows including the storms. I would highly recommend Infiniti and will certainly use them in the future!

Jay did a great window cleaning for me, inside and outside, after the cleaning, the window is very clear to see outside. They have some fantastic tools to facilitate the job, and no watermark on the window after the cleaning. My house has a lot windows , so took quite a few hours to finish. I really appreciate their service. The company is all looking new rising star in the home service field.

Infiniti Lights are by far the easiest system to use. The crew was amazing and gave us no problems and super friendly!! I’d recommend them to anyone looking to forget about hanging lights each year, these last 25 years:)

Loved the attitude of these guys! They were very responsive when trying to find a day/time and came right away. In and out and just the work! We had them pressure wash the driveway and wow was it a night and day difference! Window washing looks great as well.

I had the exterior of the windows, gutters, and north facing vinyl siding done. Job was well done completed as described. Crew was late as compared with the text messages sent, but early compared to time initially stated. I was surprised during payment when asked to provide a tip.

I had a recent experience to work with James. He showed up in time and worked on the exterior of the house for a soft wash. His charges are very reasonable and he did an awesome job for me. He is very professional to work with and gives you the right advice like a pro who knows his job really well. I hired him immediately for my next project. Windows it is for this summer. Hehe..

James was a great guy to work with. He did an excellent job installing the lights and explained in detail how to use the system on our phones. Product is great quality and has so many options.

I chose Integrity carpet because of the good reviews listed online. James did a great job cleaning my carpet, sofas and recliners. He was very professional, punctual, friendly and takes pride in his work. I will definitely be calling on him again for our next carpet clean.

I have been using James at Integrity for years now. He always arrives on time and his prices are so reasonable! He's always able to get out stains that I think are impossible, but he gets them all! I would not think of using anyone else for my carpet cleaning!

James is amazing!!! He says he doesn't need to advertise much because he has that much repeat business! I bet it's true! I have been using him for years! He has gotten out wine stains, red food dye from the cat food in cat vomit, and the black from dyed mulch that was ground into my carpet!!!
This week a planter got spilled which basically had muddy water in it. photo attached. Notice how the dirty water had soaked into the carpet. When he walked in he said "ohhh." I thought I was sunk. But nope!!! He got it ALL out!!!! In about 15 minutes!!! I was so surprised!!! (and so grateful!) photo attached.
He is also very affordable. I bet he is half the cost of others. I don't know that for sure. I just know he was affordable years ago and he hasn't raised his prices. Maybe he charges something different for new customers - I don't know.
He is a one-man show so you will get all of his years of experience when he comes to your home. I've never written a review but James deserves my highest praise.

James is amazing! He turned an embarrassingly filthy rug, covered in cat urine, into a clean presentable rug again. He was professional, on time and very kind. We will definitely be using his services again in the future, thank you so much!

We’ve been using James for many years now. He does an amazing job on our carpets (and we have a lot of pets who have accidents)! He is very thorough and takes a lot of pride in his work. He is great at communicating and shows up when he says he will. He’s also super friendly! I highly recommend him!

I have used Integrity Carpet & Upholstery multiple times over the past few years. James always provides the same great service. He arrives early and walks through the house with you to discuss everything to be cleaned, including couches & chairs. He asks if you would like any furniture moved, and there is no additional charge for that! The most recent time he cleaned, I had not moved everything off of the carpets before he got there. He helped me finish with that before he started. Each time I've had the carpets cleaned by Integrity, they look like new again for months. I'll always be a customer of James. Thanks for doing such a great job and taking pride in what you do!
