Infiniti just finished cleaning the exterior of our windows. They did an excellent job and the windows are sparkling clean. I am very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Infiniti. Gustavo did a great job of explaining what and how they go about cleaning the windows. James stopped by at the beginning and end of the work to make sure everything was going smoothly and to our satisfaction. And Pierre did a great job cleaning all our windows, in spite of the fact that he's a Chicago Bears fan... :-) Highly recommend this company.

James and his team did an amazing job with our permanent lighting. One neighbor actually clapped when she saw the work!

Infiniti Home services did an excellent job of cleaning my windows, doors and frames. Mace, a young salesman, came to my front door and did a fabulous job of selling this DIY guy on the window cleaning service that I typically do myself. When finished, I asked the employee if the residual water drops would dry without leaving marks as it should with deionized water. He proceeded to inspect all the windows and saw some spots, so he proceeded to clean the windows a second time with a squeeze. He and another individual had to leave so James, the owner, stopped by 15 minutes later and cleaned the windows again to my satisfaction. James checked the water on his truck and noticed the particulate was higher than desired indicating his water filtration system filters needed to be changed. He recleaned the windows to ensure they were perfect without any complaints or prompting by me. I was thoroughly impressed with his dedication to doing the job correctly and ensuring customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend James and Infiniti Home Services.

Window washing is my least favorite activity. So happy James stopped by to introduce himself and what his company had to offer.
They used a brush and water technique that cleaned out all the spring pollen buildup off the frames of our windows.
