I would highly recommend Colin and Top Rated Gutters. We called to request a quote for cleaning--it was prompt and reasonable and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they would do it and they didn't try to sell something we don't need. That means something, unfortunately not many service companies doing a good job of this today.

The gutters were bowing and pulling away from the fascia/roof line and needed to be resecured. Collin came out the next day and provided a quote to fix the issues and check the other gutters. In the ensuing 48 hours, the entire line of gutter work pulled free from the house taking the fascia with it.

Collin came out that day, removed the damaged area of gutter,(it was blocking the garage), and moved the repair job up to fix it in the next two days.

He reinstalled the Hardiplank fascia and replaced the damaged gutters. The work looks great and the gutters are a perfect match.

He gets five stars for his rapid response, attentiveness to customer satisfaction, and completing the job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We are quite happy with the experience. Colin gave us a quote for gutter work quickly, with several options of scope/price. The service was scheduled promptly, and the crew was on time for the scheduled day, worked safely and efficiently and did great work, with no mess. I received a few estimates from other local companies, but Collin (owner) came out personally. He was personable while remaining professional. He wasn't pushy trying to be "a salesman". He took his measurements quickly and said he would get back to me the next day. He is a man of his word, sending me a very fair estimate. We scheduled the install and he actually showed up with his crew (I wasn't expecting that). His highly trained crew went straight to work and had my gutters, downspouts and leaf guards installed before I new it. They look great! Colin was very honest, patient and helpful. He made a special trip to our house so we could verify our color choice one last time before installation. His crew did a great job of installing and cleaned up well. He even took the time to oversee the job while it was being done.

I've seen too many homes that have gutters improperly sloped and sloppily put together. TRG took extra measures to ensure everything drained properly, was leak free, and clean! Even coming out a second time to verify everything was in working older. And the best part, if you have any issues, they are more than happy to hear you out and make it right!

These guys are top rated - but apparently not for me. I requested a quote at the beginning of the year, which was prompt and fair, I'll give them that. Collin called me shortly after requesting the quote on their website, we talked through the job, and he sent the quote to my email. Then we had the big snow storm - so I called Collin back, leaving him a voicemail saying we obviously cannot clean gutters with 6" of snow on the roof, but I did want him to also quote me gutter guards. After I received the additional quote and made a decision, I would have liked to proceed with the service. After that call I was completely ghosted by Collin and the rest of the company. I've called no less than 10 times, left multiple voicemails, and tried calling the office to only be met with "Collin is not available, but I can give you his voicemail". I've even given them the benefit of the doubt and tried re-requesting a quote on their website. Nothing. Not sure what I did or said to be blackballed. If they didn't want to do the work a call saying so would have at least been met with respect.
