Have had Oasis for years. Always friendly and courteous and willing to spend the time talking with you about your concerns.

Installed new cameras around our property-Perimeter pest control I guess does not mean the entire perimeter as technician only treated the front of our property. They then tried to deny everything and confirm service was fully performed even after we mentioned we have video evidence of everything. Wouldnt waste your money on any pest treatment with them. Go with an actual specialized vendor for this. Lawn care treatment has been satisfactory and they have helped bring our lawn back to life as previous owners neglected to care for the property.

I would like to now add based off the companies response below. They immediately terminated my account the following morning after I asked questions regarding the service report discrepancies and chalked it up to a "System Error". Which is a direct violation of the Ohio Department of Agriculture, revised code chapter 921 which requires accurate record keeping of all pesticide applications. You can decide if these are actions of an honest respectful business or not.

Oasis Turf & Tree and their staff always do a great job. Have had them servicing my lawn for the past eight years.

Eric has serviced my lawn since early spring and I have to say that my yard looks beautiful! A couple of times I had questions for him and he always had an answer for me.. very knowledgeable.

This is the second season I've used this company. Last year, I had to call them out three times because they neglected to spray our backyard.
Yesterday, they neglected to fully spray the backyard once again. Following my report, I received a call saying the manager confirmed that it was sprayed.
Neglecting a job is acceptable to some degree, but being called a liar is unacceptable. Can you trust a company that lies about such things?

The person sent failed to notice me on the deck as she stopped at the edge of the house, looked at the backyard, and turned the machine around, returning to the front yard.

After speaking with my husband we decide to cancel our service and go with a different company.I know our backyard maybe a little challenging due to the slope. They knew this from the beginning, so why did they keep sending different people? Why not send someone that felt comfortable with spraying a yard on a slope? We had a couple guys that did a great job. If the company would have just used the same guys we wouldn’t have been put in this situation. The company were very apologetic but the damage had already been done. Calling me a liar was way too unforgiving for me.

UPDATE 9/4/24
After agreeing to respray the yard, they changed their minds when I canceled the service. We still paid them $96 for the front and side yards. I would not recommend this company.

They have the kindest, most professional technicians and great customer service. The mosquito treatment really does make a big difference in the summertime. Thanks to Mason M. in Loveland.

We highly recommend Oasis for anyone looking to improve their lawn health and manage pests effectively. We are very happy with their service and plan to continue using them for our yearly lawn care.

Dylan has done a wonderful job keeping my grass weed free, thick and lush. Cincinnati weather can be hard on lawns.

I’m a new first-time homeowner and decided to go with Oasis Turf & Tree for my lawn needs based on other houses in the neighborhood who use them and their stellar reviews. Kaden did a great job and was very knowledgeable and patient, taking his time to explain things and answer all my questions!

I got my lawn care from these guys a couple years ago. I was suspicious if only half my yard was getting sprayed. Come to find out my neighbor was home and noticed that the guy only sprayed half their yard. It really sucked because that year I got irrigation and reseeding and spent a lot of time watering the grass and paid all that money for the reseeding and irrigation just to go to waste after that the weeds really started to grow back in on one side of my yard and then I had more bold spots once they started spraying the entire yard. I don’t recommend I strongly strongly recommend trying a different company. Why would their employee purposely spray half of everybody’s yard?

William came out today to do the early Fall lawn service. He called ahead to let me know what time he would be here and he arrived promptly. There are certain areas that need to be done by hand, which he did. I am very happy with Oasis and William.

Like most lawn care companies, Oasis uses powered equipment to treat your lawn. If your yard requires any special care so this equipment does not damage your lawn or landscaping, I would not hire this company. Part of our property is a hill. Oasis has damaged our lawn and/or landscaping three times by taking their equipment into this area despite saying after the first incident that they would no longer use the equipment in this area. They actually flipped a piece of equipment the first time dumping fertilizer creating a burned out spot where grass wouldn’t grow for 2+ years. At that time, I told them if you cannot safely use your equipment in this area, just say so I’ll take care of that area myself. They assured me they would use manual spreaders going forward. And they did for a while until we got a new technician and he took his equipment into this area. He didn’t get it stuck but he created significant damage driving the equipment back up the hill. Once again, I reiterated that I do not want equipment in this area and again they assured me it wouldn’t happen again. Well they did it again this time damaging both my lawn and some landscaping. Three strikes, you’re out, I dropped the service. I don’t know what the problem is. Lack of training, in a rush to get to the next lawn…..not my job to figure it out. They offer to fix the damage but someone just comes out and throws a little grass seed around. Like all lawn damage, it takes time before it really looks right. I’m sure they’ll post a response with the same shinola they’ve fed me when I’ve called.

We’ve been using Oasis for the past year after buying a house that had some major lawn damage from neglect. I am very pleased with the results. We live on a hill and they always use their machines carefully. When they can’t reach certain parts with the machine, the technician walks and uses other equipment. Our lawn has made great progress the past year, with fewer weeds and thicker green grass. We use their pest control services, too, and saw results immediately. The ants and crawlers that were in our house are gone. I have high standards for my lawn and I couldn’t be happier with Oasis.

Tim just completed the last service of the year here in Maineville, OH. His knowledge of grass, turf and all things horticulture is outstanding. Oasis provide a 1st class service and my grass is looking better than it ever did.

I have a large yard. It was Christopher B.'s first time treating my yard. He listened well and did a thorough job. Cincinnati Ohio.

Chad is a very nice guy. Always willing to listen and does a very professional job. It’s nice that he is dedicated to my account and I do not experience a multitude of different people coming out to do service. Today he fertilized and treated any weeds.

Be cognizant if your neighbors have this company for their lawn treatments. Their technicians will drive through your yard, turn around in your driveway and on your walkways, ruin your edges, tear up your lawn, and make rubber swirl marks on your concrete. The dark circular streaks won't come out for months. My recommendation would be to ask them not to cut across your property when you see their truck and trailer pull up at your neighbors, especially if the company treats multiple lawns on your street.

Oasis is very personable and friendly. If you are not happy with something, they will come out and fix it right away instead of just treating you like another customer. Our grass has never looked better.

Kyle did a great job with our lawn. He read our account notes prior to starting and knew our request to talk ahead of treatment as well as our areas of concern. Our yard looks great!
