Having Brent and his team help me manage the cleaning of my house for over a year now has been a real blessing. Brent is very organized and professional and you can tell he takes great pride in his company and his cleaning crew team members. The cleaning crew that comes always has a team leader who helps things move efficiently. They are all very friendly and professional. They pay attention to detail and are very thorough. My house always feels wonderful after they’ve been here- I can’t say enough great things about them! Do yourself a favor and give DQC a call- you won’t be disappointed!

Used them for the past 4 years and the past 18 months they had gone down hill so finally stopped using them. Paid for 4 cleaners for 1 hour and the last few times it was 3 cleaners for 45 minutes but charged the same. Other colleagues of mine stopped using due to similar circumstances.

If something is not to a clients expectation they want to know and will offer a return visit and will make sure you are satisfied.

Our cleaning crew is very professional and thorough. We can count on continuity with our crew leader. They quietly work around us while we are working from home. I like the weekly email notifications and bills. I like the running folder we keep to communicate. I like that they bring their own cleaning supplies.

I have been using Diamond Quality Clean for almost a year now, and I’ve never been happier with a cleaning service. I literally have no complaints, and I’m pretty particular! The cleaning team is always on time, extremely efficient, and in these times we’re going through especially, I feel very safe having them in my home. They enter my home fully masked and respectful of everything. I would definitely say the company goes above and beyond in every way.

I have been using Diamond Quality Cleaning to clean my home for awhile now. They come as a team, always with the same team leader and do an outstanding job! At the end they always ask you to check their work to see if anything was missed or needs done differently. It was never necessary! My house was usually their last or next to last. They were always still cheerful, energetic and professional. I’m moving out of the area- I wish I could bring them to where I’m headed!!

We have had simply organized clean are house for about a year and we are not satisfied with there cleaning job most of the time and there are some people that work there that are very good and nice and other that are ok and some of them just vacuum and dust and kind of make the bed and they barely even show up on time.

Terrible service! While preparing for a party I decided to give this place a try because despite spending a good chunk of my own time cleaning already I knew I could use the help. Spent over $200 and the house was still a mess when they left. Shelves weren't dusted, they did not move anything around on the ground when they were sweeping, mopping or vacuuming, left behind a lot of debris. Keep in mind, I had already gone through the house and pre cleaned myself, baseboards and all. I was looking for somebody to come in and finish up the fine details because I would be short on time. Specifically asked them to vacuum the couches and when I booked the service they said absolutely, not a problem. After they left it was clear they had not touched them at all. I was on site during the first half of the cleaning but had to leave for the second half, and they assured me that they would finish the job well and that it would be fine. Having used other cleaning services in the past, I did not feel uncomfortable leaving the house while they were still here but what a mistake! I had to have them come back and finish the job because I got back 20 minutes before they were supposed to be finished, and they were already gone yet charge me full price! I looked around and realized all of the spots they had missed, including the couches. The service sent the cleaning crew back, but I was out of the residence again. I had left my good vacuum cleaner out since I had been using it a few days prior and after they left I realized they they must have used my vacuum because the release button was now broken. Having just used it a couple of days before, I knew that it was working fine until this cleaning crew had come out. They did not clean the tops of the tables, there were little cobwebs and dust up on ceiling vents that I had assumed they would vacuum as well or clean out. Even the mopping they did in the kitchen was atrocious. There was still food on the floor under the table from breakfast! Absolutely would not recommend this company whatsoever, I am appalled at how horrible this was. What a waste of money! I've tried other cleaning services in the past but wanted to try to go with a smaller local business, won't use them ever again. Back to the tried-and-true services that are further out!

The team here at Arrowhead Apartments can't rave about it enough, Howards Cleaning Service did an amazing job on our property. This company Is prompt and reliable for a great value! Highly recommend their services!!

The technician was very polite and efficient. I had my tile done in my bathrooms and they came out very well. I could definitely see a big difference. It is the first time I have ever used a service to do that, usually got down on my hands and knees to clean. NOT ANYMORE!! I would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend Howard's Cleaning. I work for a large company and they provided not only the most competitive bid, but it was also the most detailed, which made the selection process easy among the four companies we has to choose from. It also helped that every member of the crew was able to pass our internal security screen!

They arrived on time with a crew of four all dressed professionally and completed the work as quoted within 15 minutes of the time they estimated it would take. This company runs like a well-oiled machine. Their home office even called us the next day to make sure our carpets and furniture were cleaned to our satisfaction and told us to call if we found anything that might need a retouch. Unheard of in my experience with serviice companies.

I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. The response time to my inquiry about service was instant. They respond back to emails quickly as well. The technician I had was Alex and he was very personable and explained what all he was doing. Definitely will use them again in the future!

Trevor was very professional and thorough and on time! They were able to add on two areas when I called them the day before. They adjusted their arrival time to accommodate and I am very appreciative! Carpets are still somewhat wet so will know total outcome when completely dry! I didn't contact any other companies for a quote because I've used this company in the past.

Updated post - FYI The technicians do NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE even if it is not heavy. That is the one disappointing thing about not doing the cleaning yourself. Two technicians could easily move a couch or chair, clean and return to its place. I don't expect hutches, servers or entertainment units to be moved but certainly couches and chairs. PLUS newly painted wall (corner) was apparently hit with the equipment! Two stains in front bedroom!

Highly recommend Howard’s. Easy to schedule, flexible, timely, kind and most importantly, they do a fantastic job. Never disappoints. Very happy the cleaning solutions are pet safe as well!
