We highly recommend Iosue Landscape Concepts. They have taken care of our landscaping and snowplowing needs for the past few years. Their landscape teams are courteous, efficient and leave our property clean after each service. They are always willing to schedule an additional service on short notice. Their snowplow teams are also efficient, courteous and show up. You won’t regret hiring Iosue Landscape Concepts for all of your summer and winter needs.

This is our first year using Iosue Landscape Concepts and we are so happy with the workmanship and the services they provide. We have been in our house over 15 years and our yard has never looked so good. The men are courteous, neat and clean up after they are finished working. I recommend that you use their services.

ILC is doing a fabulous job manicuring and maintaining our landscape. They are easy to work with, have a professional and attentive crew that makes us feel like VIPs.

The Iosue Landscape Concepts is an outstanding business. The team is responsive to any questions, the office is efficient and timely, and most important, my lawn never looked better!
Thank you!

In preparing our home for sale we reached out to Iosue Landscape Concepts to do a full yard clean up and make repairs to some pavers and walkways. Valerie was quick to set us up an appointment, Brian was quick to get to the property for inspection and prompt in getting us a quote for service.
We found their quote to be fair and in line with other services but also willing to tackle some issues that no one else wanted to tackle.
The crew was wonderful. The work was completed in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up, our yard was back to looking healthy and vibrant AND the curb appeal was definitely improved. We would recommend wholeheartedly!

We have been clients of Iosue landscaping since they first started their company. They are professional, courteous and always timely! Everyone on the crews are easy to work with and eager to help! Anytime we ask for extra landscaping projects to be done they are completed as quickly as possible be it big or small. Brian, Valerie and all of their crew members are amazing and knowledgeable. I can not recommend highly enough!

Amazing company. Professional and efficient. Entire crew is so hard working and nice! Their work is beautiful and didn’t leave until everything was perfect.

Iosue does it again! Always impressed with the job these guys do regardless what kind of project we throw at them. Highly recommend for all types of projects you have!

Brian, Valerie and the crew never disappoint. They are the best! Their work is exceptional and they are a keeper! Thanks guys for all that you do!

I can’t say enough about Iosue Landscaping Concepts! My yard has never looked so beautiful. Brian came out and quoted the job and he totally understood my vision of what I was looking for with all the stone! I wanted a walkway from my deck to my shed and it is stunning! My front yard has beautiful stone around my big tree, angel bench and the side of my house and it elevated the look. My path to the backyard was washing away and he put stone there and sod in my backyard! Incredible to say the least. His crews are friendly, hard working and never stop! They exceeded my expectations. I am so happy they were recommended to me by another great family! Brian’s wife is a joy to deal with as well! I give 10 stars! They do my snowplowing too! I am so happy! I don’t take the best pictures and they don’t do it justice!

Avonte was punctual and had all the tools he needed to install my new front entry door. He sub contracts for Lyndhurst Lumber and Jim Mormino. This guy is a class act. His confidence and craftsmanship is great to see. He genuinely enjoys doing a good job. He kept me up to date as he went along and really is very personable. I would recommend him for any general contracting work based on this job and the results of his hard work.

AV General Contracting did a FANTASTIC job renovating our home in Shaker Heights. New kitchen floors and building a new laundry room on the first floor in a strict timeframe would have been a challenge for every contractor we interviewed. Avonte was flexible, creative, driven by quality and completed the project on time. If you are looking for someone you can trust who delivers quality work on any sized project, call Avonte at AV General Contracting.

AV was fantastic from start to finish. Very professional and properly communicated so there were no surprises. As he worked, I could tell he pays great attention to detail and wants to get the job done right. Extremely skilled carpenter. End result was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations.
