This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair. If you are lucky enough to get Jean Thermitus as your service rep, you will not regret it. Highest quality work. Knowledgeable. Professional. Detail oriented. He is truly a professional.
From the first call to Wyatt Plumbing, talking to the Customer Service representative was even a great experience. She understood the problem and was able to explain fully what I should expect. And those expectations were exceeded. Thank you Wyatt!!!

Adam was a pleasure to work with today. He diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated the issues very clearly and gave us peace of mind that the job would be done correctly. I completely trust Wyatt Works with the jobs I've needed completed at my home.

David and Austin did an incredible job replacing the sewer line in the basement. I can’t thank them enough. They worked hard, did exactly as they said they would, and got a seemingly impossible job in mind, done in only four days. They are the best.

You’d be making a mistake going with anyone other than Wyatt Works.

I called WyattWorks on Monday to schedule a plumber to replace two garbage disposals and repair a leaking laundry tub. The very courteous scheduler, Courtney, expertly walked me through the entire process and scheduled a plumber for Wednesday. Scott, the plumber, arrived right on time. After he slipped on his booties I walked him around the house to show him all of our concerns. He asked questions, took pictures and notes, then went back to his truck to prepare the estimates for various options. When he came back he carefully explained each option. While we were a bit surprised at the price (Bidenomics in action), we realized that we weren’t going to get anything less expensive, and we had heard really good things about the company, so we selected an option and Scott went right to work. Several hours later he was finished and he did a great job of cleaning up everything, and we now have working disposals and a non-leaking laundry tub! We were quite pleased with the quality of Scott’s work and his professionalism. We will almost certainly have WyattWorks do the other projects that were identified.

David M was very thorough in explaining what potential issues were, what options for resolutions were and the steps during the repair.
I was very happy and pleased that all service was performed on same day as estimate and so very fast.
Highly recommend WyattWorks. From making appointment thru to finish of service was top notch team!!

Edward was very thorough and professional. He quickly got to work and fixed our problem. The previous young man who came and fixed our burst pipe was also great! This is the only plumbing company we use anymore and they never let me down. I love that they give you multiple options and price points to choose from.

I don't imagine an experience with any contractor can be as smooth, easy, and honest as ours has been with WyattWorks. I called today, a few hours ago, to discuss a leak from the kitchen sink into the basement. Someone reached out and then set up an inspection within the hour. And I don't mean they called within the hour, I mean someone was at my door (after asking by phone) within 1 hour. Within 2 hours of the initial call the cause was found and options were presented with transparency on need and price points. And within 3 hours the new faucet and additional items were installed and fully operational. No leak. Edward Wright was very intelligent, affable, and patient. He explained things to the degree I could understand with no plumbing knowledge, so I felt good about what he was doing and why. It was a pleasure chatting with him. And for the record, this call was made because we really liked their work and professionalism on a prior project. We wouldn't go elsewhere!

Our hot water heater failed and we contacted this company to come out and potentially fix it. I was initially impressed by the communication, how quickly they could service, and that they waived the service charge. However, things went downhill after that. On the day of service, we were told we were first appointment on the list for the 8am-12pm window. The technician didn’t even make it to the house until 11am, and proceeded to tell us the water heater couldn’t be serviced and replacement was our only option. He charged us $3100+ to replace a standard 50 gallon hot water heater - highway robbery!! He knew and we knew we couldn’t wait for a different company to replace given it’s the day before Christmas and it’s going to freeze at night and we have small children. I feel very swindled by the entire transaction so I can’t in good faith recommend this company to others. This is a very standard job that doesn’t cost $3000. I would not do business with this company again.

Maybe this company is good if you want something small done. If that's the case, you might be able to DIY. Otherwise look elsewhere.

    My situation:
Toilet clogged, I plunged it and noticed a sewage smell in the basement. No sewage water inside, but the cleanout (access point) was tilted open.

We looked in the main line and found one crack with roots, two bellies, and shifts throughout the clay pipe.

    My experience:
The first appraisal appointment did not go too well. Ben came, he was respectful, clear, and happy to clean the line and let me know if he finds anything. Nolan then came to camera the line. He wasn't as happy of a guy. He did try his best to explain things, but he didn't make sense. Not very respectful - walked right in, did not put "footies" on throughout my house. Bumped into my car and yelled "I DIDN'T DO ANY DAMAGE" - I didn't think he did and didn't say anything about it. I called to see if he had notes after doing more research, and he left the company.

Another plumber came out to get a better picture - Adam and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I expected the estimates to go down - they didn't. He mentioned that a portion of work would be `$12k - high, but reasonable... It ended up being $16k. And to fix all the issues $25k.

    Overview:
1000sqft home, ~70' of pipe - 30' interior and 40' exterior. Minimal excavation - only relining from inside = $25,000+?? OUTRAGEOUS! I'll go with the quotes, that include new PVC pipe, adding a kitchenette and bathroom rough-in downstairs for $5,000+ less with plumbers my family and coworkers have had much better experience with.

Insurance would not cover it since there wasn't a clog present and expected the cost to be $12k as well. - Don't fall for the financing options.

Extremely quick service! Everyone- from call center to technician- is so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the options given, including letting me know what filter to get and I could replace on my own. I LOVE the HVAC addition. Fantastic service, fantastic people!
