Jesse was fantastic. He went through my whole house and told me what was going on with my plumbing system, what needed to be replaced, what what to keep an eye on. Very happy and will definitely be using Wyatt Works again in the future

Great service. I really feel like the technician that came out was really trying to find the best option for me. I went with the cheaper option but unfortunately had to go with the other option he gave me. He really did his job trying to get option one to work out so I really appreciate that. Unfortunately with my pipes being old and rusted out, option one wasn't going to work. He also took the time to show me where my issue was and explained it very well. Definitely earned my 5 stars, he was well educated and professional.

Had to go from 5 stars to 4 stars. Overall service was good, however I wish I would of known or even asked before the tech began his service. The tech had to break my drywall in order to get to the pipe and unfortunately they don't cover the drywall expenses. He did explained that they can provide another party to do so but at my expense. That was a bummer, he did had to remove my shelves from my cabinet and didn't install them back correctly. All he did was bend the nails down and place the shelf where it went. It wasn't sitting right, so I had to fix that detail myself. For the money I was charged you would think everything would be put back together the way it was.
Would I consider WyattWorks Plumbing again or refer them? That's a big maybe and it'll depend. I think next time I'll look and ask around a bit more and make a better decision. I went by what I heard on the radio station and was sold on it. The pricing was a bit on the high end. Again for what they charge, I feel like everything should of been close to perfect. No problems with the tech though. He was very well educated, respectful, and professional. Hope this review helps anyone looking for a plumber.

I really hate to do this and I leave previous comments so that ppl see how's everything been going. I'm a busy person, not only do I work but I'm also in the process of remodeling my home. Today I finally had the time to really look at their work. Honestly nothing was cleaned or swept inside of my cabinets, I had to vaccum the mess that was left and come to find out that the tech used the chair I have in my basement as a step ladder. He left all debris near the ceiling of my basement which I also had to clean. I am very disappointed, especially for what I was charged. Now again, would I consider and refer WyattWorks to anyone or again in the future? My answer is no. I'll be posting pictures soon.

Had to have an outdoor faucet fixed to water new grass-- and leaving town-- so I needed the job to be done quickly. Called on monday, service not til thursday-- which was a bit disappointing. But, pete jahnke, my service man was both pleasant and professional. He completed the task in better time than expected, explained all that was done very well, and ckeaned up all the areas nicely. I have used WyattWorks before, and will continue using their help in the future.

The scheduler was very kind and helpful in getting us scheduled for someone to come out the same day and fix our issues. It was super convenient to receive text updates regarding arrival time.

Purchased a new house and when having Dominion turn gas back on they found a leak. Wyattworks was easy to book with. The plumber sent, Jesse McBride, was courteous and explained things well. He found the source of the leak quickly and did a courtesy check of basic plumbing in the rest of the house. I was able to get Dominion back out same day and they said gas pressure was now “holding beautifully”. Jesse did more work than he realistically had to and delivered exceptional service. My family is thankful to have our heat on and ability to use our gas stove restored. I will 100% be booking with Wyattworks for any future plumbing needs. I hope folks in the office see this and give Jesse the kudos he deserves!

Today had to make the unfortunate call to get a second floor bathroom drainage issue and basement drain looked at. Wyattworks had a tech out within 2 hours! Nice! The visit lasted maybe 30 minutes and a resolution was identified for both issues. The tech sent, Dan, was super polite. He listened to my explanations of the problems carefully and asked thoughtful questions. My family will continue to use Wyattworks as our membership has paid off big time so far! Thanks a bunch!

Love their service. Alaina who takes the calls and appointment requests is awesome! She is very personable and efficient. The tech, Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had them do work in the past, and they will always be my go to company for plumbing issues.

Jean and Austin installed a new bathroom faucet, completed an entire inspection of pipes, and replaced some out-dated hoses. They were courteous, explained everything, showed all work that was completed and were a joy to have in my home. I was so pleased with their work that I purchased the monthly maintenance from WyattWorks. I believe I have finally found a plumber I can trust.

Dan from WyattWorks Plumbing was great. He came to our home on short notice to clear a sewage drain after another company failed to do the job. Dan was able to clear the line from our basement to the street. He was very professional and curteous. I highly recommend WyattWorks Plumbing.

Wyatt Works worked with my schedule to get someone out for a second opinion on a big job we had gotten a quote on from another company as soon as possible. Adam thoroughly reviewed what he would do, showed me the camera footage in live time, and answered all my questions. He came up with three options for our next steps, and offered to follow-up in a few days so I didn't feel pressured to make a decision in the moment.
Korbin was extremely professional, explained all the steps they were taking, and reviewed costs prior to engaging in the work.
Adam was always prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job with the dig/replacement for a huge job. They took care with our property, Halloween decorations (moved them out of the way), and moved our retaining blocks from our garden without just tearing them up.

The staff is even better than their radio commercials. Outstandingly professional in every way, and the character of each of their experts is exemplary. We wouldn't call anyone else.

I would highly recommend WyattWorks Plumbing. Communication was second to none from our first call until the tech came out. They sent out Dan Cogswell, who was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and unclogged my mom's sewer drain in a short period of time. The technician that came to our house today was Pete Jahnke. He was on time and very personable and friendly. He wore booties to cover his shoes which I personally appreciated. Very professional and was very quick unclogging the drain. I would recommend this company and Pete. This was the first time we used WyattWorks and we will call them again.

This company was very responsive—even working hard around my crazy schedule. Scott Trepal was phenomenal! I had a leak under my kitchen sink that turned out to be a bigger job than expected. He worked fast, was very communicative, and was willing to answer all of my questions. I’ll always be a WyattWorks customer with this kind of service!

Andy from Wyatt Works came out to scope out sewer lines to ensure we didn’t have any blockages or problems before the holidays. He was very professional and explained things clearly. He also comped the service fee, because he considered the visit under warranty from problems they fixed earlier in the year. We have been very happy with the quality of Wyatt’s work.

I like that Wyatt Works does an overview of all of your plumbing in the house when they come to fix something. This last visit Jean came and did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done and my options. He made sure I understood everything and answered my questions. He educates you along the way so you understand how it all works. Their staff has always been kind and respectful.
