The Legendary Custom Homes (LGH) Team built a fabulous new home for us. They had purchased a 1950s home in the Kenwood area of Sycamore Township, OH for the purpose of tearing it down to build a new home.

LGH has developed an amazing professional process to help their clients build a home and make it fun. They were helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They used top notch subcontractors and actively managed the project from beginning to end. They demand the highest quality from their subs and themselves. They exhibited nimbleness to last minute changes and didn't "nickel and dime" us. We were delivered a high quality, professionally built beautiful home on time and at the price we agreed to.

We recently moved into our dream home built by Matt Stanley with Legendary Custom Homes. The entire process from start to finish was completely enjoyable thanks to Matt’s patience, unparalleled attention to detail and ‘can do’ attitude. So many of our friends have built through big box builders and have complained about moving timelines, communication, and feeling nickeled and dimed, but our experience could not have been more opposite. Matt and his team were reliable, finishing the house on time with a few days to spare, his communication transparent and incredibly responsive, and above all else, he was fair. Matt worked with us to make sure the house was exactly what we were hoping for even if it meant a little extra work for him.

Matt is passionate about making his buyers happy. He wants you to LOVE your house and will go to great lengths to make sure you feel that way from the day you enter into contact until you are moved in and settling into the house. Throughout the building process, he helped us think through the range of possibilities on many of our decisions and weigh all the options so we could make confident decisions. He stands by his work. After we moved in, we found a few small things that needed fixed (mostly paint touch ups) and without a pause, Matt had his team out to complete the work within 2 days and was happy to come back to address anything else we needed with the same positive attitude he carries with him every day. He and his team are incredibly dedicated to their work and love what they do, so much so, that on the day of move in, his punch out guy, William, told me to “take care of [their] baby” and I knew he meant it. They pour their hearts into their homes and it shows by the “wow” elements he creates in each room and the custom details right down to the finishes and fixtures.

Matt is a great builder, but more importantly, a great guy as noted not only by us, but by neighbors and contractors as well. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a custom home in Cincinnati.

Our home in Madeira had foundation problems, so I called Matt Stanley to see if he would buy our home for a teardown. He knows the area so well that he gave me an offer right over the phone, but then we needed to find a new home. Matt's dad Greg takes care of that part. We bought the third house Greg showed us. What a fantastic father and son team! They were both very professional and made the whole process go very smoothly. I highly recommend them!
