We used Legendary Homes for a tear and new build in Indian Hill. My overall grade for LH ....an A+. They were the perfect professionals throughout. In every category (quality of work, project schedule, change management, communication, creative ideas, etc.) they were amazing. My wife and I have many friends who have had horror stories with other builders....believe me the builder you pick really matters. You can't go wrong with Legendary.

Our experience was both fun and positive, and the quality of the home truly exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the customer service provided by Matt and Josh has been outstanding. We purchased one of Legendary's spec homes and it was our first new construction. We were drawn to the character of our home. Crown molding, tongue and groove flooring, solid doors, high ceilings (including the basement)... in short, it felt like a custom home. The floor plan (Southern Living inspired) was well thought out and gave everyone more than enough space to do what they needed or wanted.While those things were important to us, we bought the house because of the quality of construction. It was extremely well done and no corners were cut. If we are to build a new house down the road, Legendary Homes is the first call.
