Woke up to a dead AC system so I called Future Air based on proximity and reputation and I'm glad I did. The technician squeezed me in between calls and was able to get my system back up and running within an hour. He was extremely professional and didn't upcharge me for services he said would be a waste of time and money on a system that old. They'll be the place I call when it comes time to completely replace it. Thanks guys!

Bought a complete HVAC from them 8 years ago with a 10 extended parts and labor warranty (which we paid extra for). our first service call came this year and after several attempts to fix the AC unit, we where told that they could not fix the problem and to call the manufacturer directly. That we where costing them too much money.

I've been using them for about 4 years now. I think I've met majority of their staff and they are all super friendly, extremely professional, helpful, and very courteous. Had our ac unit stop working today (sunday) and they came out within an hour to look it over and will be back tomorrow to replace the bad part. I highly recommend them for all HVAC work!

Nick was fantastic, his troubleshooting was logical. He educated me on my system when i asked, friendly, respectfully clean with my home, and fixed my issue.
I am new to the area, and they have a customer for life.
The national companies are trained more in suggestive sale than they are on repairs.
It's just so hard to trust HVAC companies now a days, i am so glad i found a local one that i can.

pretty disappointed with this company. We paid a lot of money to get a new HVAC system from them and it's still under warranty but is currently having some issues. I find it ridiculous they are still trying to charge us a service charge of $90 to come out and look at it.

I had these folks install ductwork in my basement as part of my basement remodel. They were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and completed the work very quickly. When I had a follow up question after inspection, the technician called me personally to talk through the issue and did a great job of helping me understand. I have every intention of using these guys again.

They did a very good job. They were very reasonable in pricing. They were extremely responsive in fixing our HVAC during the coldest time of the year last week. I have used them in the past and they have taken care of us every time. Excellent customer service and outstanding work. Thank you.

We have used Future Air several times now. From the initial phone call to the service visit itself everyone has been helpful and friendly. Each time we have received a very prompt appointment. Each technician we have worked with was very thorough and took their time to explain what needed done & why. Never felt any pressure to upsell us on any unnecessary work or repairs. Can't ask for anything more and will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.

The consultant was knowledgeable and honest. The pricing was very fair, but most importantly, the install was thorough and clean. They replaced my gas furnace and AC unit. I highly recommend Future Air and am happy to have found my go to HVAC company.

Future Air is Fantastic! Professional, prompt and responsive, knowledgeable and so friendly. They do all kinds of HVAC, but they handled our "special case"--High velocity AC made for mostly historic homes--with ease. And the prices are very fair . . . Half the price for two new units for our 1919 home than a well-known competitor who advertises a lot. Adam and team were a joy to work with!!

Our furnace broke down on one of the coldest nights of the year...We called Future Air and Jason came and found the problem right away. He quickly ordered the part and Marvin came to install and our furnace was good as new!😄 They were both very nice and we are grateful that they saved the day! The price was quite fair also, considering that it was a Friday before the New Year. We will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC repair.

Jason and the folks at Future Air have taken care of my properties for years. They just installed a new Heat Pump in my own home. The price was fair. They were careful to keep the house clean and they were polite.

While there was a small problem, Jason came out and took care of it himself. The very best of service. (within an hour of my call!)

As for the bid, they gave me 4 choices, from entry-level to "all the bells and whistles" to choose from. I went for one of the more mid-grade options, but it fit my budget and I feel certain that it will be much more efficient than the old unit.

Honest and fair. They installed a new Carrier central A/C unit in our home three years ago. Unfortunately, the unit had a couple of microscopic leaks that allowed coolant to escape very slowly. It would take a year for the coolant to completly escape. It was an elusive problem that took some time to trace and fix for good. But through it all, the Future Air team made it right. They remained determined to solve the problem. They came out quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. Their warranty and pricing is fair. And they approach customer service in a way that makes you want to call them again. Best of all, they're good communicators, and as a result, I trust them completely. I'm happy to recommend Future Air to others.

Future Air came highly recommended. I see why they have such incredible reputation among realtors/contractors! The AC replacement in my house was done well. The crew was professional, experienced, and easy to work with. Future Air is a mid-sized company that is aimed for trust/partnership in the long-term. They obviously know and care about their products and service. The upsell vs the cheapest option elsewhere was nominal and the product/service looks to be a better value. I'm thankful to have good companies like this to use for my home and to recommend to friends and neighbors.

I had purchased my unit from this company a few years ago, so I called them for service when my system quit producing cold air. There was a $195 trip charge, which is fine especially for weekend repair. The tech stated I needed a new capacitor for my condenser and quoted an additional $280 to install. Unfortunately, this is a $25 part. I handled the repair myself. I feel the price gouging is excessive, especially for a returning client. I would not recommend this company unless you are willing to pay two to three times what the service is worth.

I called Future Air at about 11 o'clock this morning and they said they'd try to get a technician out the same day.

I was both shocked and amazed when Adam and Damien arrived at my house early in the afternoon (after letting me know they were on the way). After a short while they were able to diagnose a bad circuit board in my Air Conditioning. They didn't have a replacement circuit board on their truck, but they were able to implement a temporary workaround to get my house cooled off again while I order the necessary part so I couldn't be happier.

Their invoice for this service call and minor repair was less than HALF what I paid another company to come out here earlier this summer and the other company didn't even fix the problem!

I can't recommend Future Air enough and I won't hesitate to call them again if I should have more problems with my HVAC. Thanks again Adam and Damien!

I've been using Future Air for a few years now and their promptness, quality, and value are exceptional. I've never been upsold on any service call. Every fix was reasonable and each time the tech was able to clearly explain and justify every repair.

My air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. I have a new heat pump and furnace installed by Future Air. The technician was at my house and fixed the problem within 3 hours. It was still under warranty so I just paid for the service call and labor. $275 out the door and my house is perfectly comfortable. The part was covered under warranty and I would definitely recommend Future Air as your heating and cooling go to.

Outstanding company. Our AC stopped working and we called Future Air after receiving an outrageous quote from another company. Nick came to our home within 30 minutes of our call. He instantly found the problem and also let us know that the other company had misquoted us. Within an hour Nick had repaired our AC at 60% of the cost we would have paid had we gone with our initial quote. Our AC is now working great. Highly recommend!!!

I called for a technician to check out my furnace at 8am and Nick arrived not too much later. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. He gave me options for repair and replacement. We decided on a replacement furnace and it was installed the very next day. The installation technicians were friendly and took precautions to keep my floors clear of debris. I appreciated Aaron taking the time to explain a few things to me. We did get quotes from other companies before deciding to go with Future Air and they had the best prices.
