Kings Heating and Air came recommended to me from a trusted friend who had work done at his house previously. Chris responded to my call the same day and within 3 days my A/C was replaced. We were blown away at the difference in price compared to the other company we called. Timely and attentive.

Wanted a second opinion after a quote from another company and came across Chris. Called him the same day and he gave a great explanation without even looking at the system yet. This was on a Friday and he came Monday to check it out and quote to fix. He ended up doing a lot more than the big box company and at a significantly lower price. When we had furnace issues about a week ago, I was looking for a company in the area that could make a service call. I phoned Kings Heating and Air early in the morning, and Chris came out mid-morning on the same day. We knew our furnace and a/c unit were both on borrowed time since they were 25 years old. Chris did some repair to buy us some furnace time. He also explained what he sells and services and within a couple of days, he sent us an email with attachments of several proposals for a new furnace and a/c unit. We emailed our decision to Chris and within a day, he phoned to set up the installation day. In less than a week from my original call to him, we had a new furnace, thermostat, and a/c unit installed. Chris is a perfectionist, and we are happy with our purchase. We're glad to have met a young professional who's honest and who replies and works in such a timely manner. In today's world of big companies, it's refreshing to work with a local small business owner who takes such pride in his workmanship.

We were in need of some help with our furnace. We had uneven heating between floors of our home. We weren’t sure what the issue was so decided to get a few estimates to diagnose. Kings Heating and Air came highly recommended on Nextdoor. Chris quickly returned my text and was able to fit us in promptly. He completed a thorough inspection of the system based on the issues we described. He provided 2 different options taking the time to explain each in detail. We were pleasantly surprised to learn the system isn’t as old as we thought and there were some options available besides replacement. We decided to look no further!

His price was better than the competition, and he was polite, courteous and very punctual. Installation was done in a timely manner and the house and patio were cleaner than before, when he left.
