Terrible experience. Was desperate and trying to save money so I r as a couple reviews and trusted what I read. Please read this one if you are like me. Darren (I think) who runs it seems nice and like he is trying but the language barrier made it a rough experience all the way around. Took three visit with the technician who couldn't speak English and had to us Google translate in order to communicate. They ended up refunding me and making things right so I truly believe they are not bad people but the my experience was completely unsatisfactory. Ended up being without a fridge for a month due to the back and forth.

Absolutely fabulous service from Fuse HVAC. Very prompt, professional and courteous service. I have dealt with a number of HVAC companies and technicians for quite a bit of time but nobody treated our problem and cared for us like the way Fuse HVAC did. Ilya is fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable. A problem with our HVAC which has been stuck for a while now was resolved by Fuse the moment they were entrusted to do the job. Great job with our HVAC (replacing condenser and coil), Fuse ! Way to go and keep up the service !!

Thank you guys for fixing my furnace and replacing the HVAC. The cost was reasonable. Had a negative experience with someone different in the past, so definitely a positive experience in comparison.

Had a tricky issue with my fridge. There was a lot of troubleshooting involved and they had to try many different things and order many different parts. This required a lot of visits but they were eventually able to fix the fridge. Through all of the appointments, my estimate never increased and I was only responsible for the replaced parts and labor for the first appointment. Of course I wish it could have been fixed faster but I appreciate the effort and perseverance. I would recommend them.

Ilya was the technician that came to fix my dryer, I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. He was very prompt and professional, he explained all the repairs to me, and charged a fair price. My dryer works perfectly now, thanks, Ilya!

This is the best company I’ve ever used, by far. My technition, Ilya, was considerate, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, ethical. He kept me updated on his scheduled visits and advised me of repairs needed and the costs. After repairs were made he followed up to make sure everything was working properly. I would be confident in using this company and referring their service to others.

Ilya was very methodical in his approach to solving my issue. He took his time and patiently addressed my questions and concerns. He even wore covers over his shoes to show respect for the interior of my house. So far so good!

LLya was technician and he did a fantastic job getting our air conditioner turned up and freon added where low. He also brought an associate and they were both excellent. We have had Fuse out before and LLya was the technician and did a spectacular job of fixing our heating issue. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fuse for your Hvac and appliance needs

Fuse team was very efficient and easy to schedule. Sergei found a refrigerant leak on the outside unit, repaired it. Ilya checked the inside lines and unit, recommended a thorough cleaning of both inside and outside units. He cleaned the outside unit that day! I was very happy with service and pricing, I highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

They showed up on the stated time, introduced them selves, put shoe covers on and got right to work.

The technician was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed in less than an hour.

The bottom line is they fixed my refrigerator in less than an hour. Now it works great and the price was outstanding. I'm very pleased with them and I will use them again!!!
