We had a major windstorm that caused damage throughout our area. The power was ripped from my home, causing light damage, no power, and a broken conduit from our box to the pole. The utility service disconnected things and told me, “You gotta call an electrician.” I reached out to my neighborhood, and 365 was strongly recommended. I spoke directly to Tim when I called. He walked me through some questions, kept me updated on his arrival time, showed up, and knocked it out of the park within hours. The price was fair and reasonable, especially for emergency service. I am grateful. Tim ended things by saying, “Call me day or night if you need anything.” This is the type of service that builds long-term relationships with trustworthy tradespeople. Top notch, man! Thank you 🙏, we will be calling once we begin our electrical journey on the interior of our home.
