Reviews of local pros in Malvern, Ohio

Would highly recommend Zerik for any of your heating and cooling needs! Zerik came in and installed a trane heating and cooling system for us as well as cleaning our duct work. He went out of his way to make sure our system was up and running before the cold weather hit . Our system was up and running flawlessly in no time. Zerik made sure to continue to check in with us and make sure everything was working properly , nothing but great things to say about our experience with Zerik’s heating and cooling!

We are so incredibly thankful to come across Zerik and his amazing business. We had a furnace emergency late at night of all times and Zerik had absolutely no issue at all to hop in his van and head to our house.

He performed test after test to assure what our issue could be and after no time was able to get us our heat back the same night!

The price point and service was seriously the best around and can't be beat! We are forever greatful to find such a blessing in this day and age.

Zerik installed a new furnace and ac for us and did a great job! Love how personable he is and would recommend him to anyone. Really appreciate him and his love for Jesus!

I had an excellent experience with Zerik’s Heating and Cooling. Zerik and Dylan delivered high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. They were respectful of our home and treated the property as if it were their own. The pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided. Communication was clear, and the job was completed efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Zerik’s Heating and Cooling to friends and family.

Zerik was very informative and he explained all the differences in various systems. We replaced a 30 year old “tank” of a furnace!! Very happy with our new system and the 5 star service!! Zerik was also very quick to respond to my texts or voicemail!

I’m very grateful to have had Zerik be part of our home improvement project. He’s very great with making sure you’re gonna be happy. He’s super knowledgeable with everything he’s doing. We got a heating/central air unit TRANE brand. He even cleaned up some of the old duct work and reconnected the bedroom duct. I’d say he went above and beyond what i expected helping us seal off a gas leak in the basement too. Id recommend Zerik’s services because you’re paying for someone who cares about you and your home.
