Guys did a great job! The crew was very friendly and explained exactly what they were going to do. Cleaned up everything. Before they left they walked the area with us making sure everything was done the way we wanted it.

Hello! I called The Tree Guy yesterday regarding two Silver Maple Trees that we planted 30 years ago in our back yard. the last two years I've noticed the foliage falling off. They sent Casey McCartey (sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly). Casey was courteous, professional and EXTREMELY helpful. Casey immediately assessed our problem and informed us how to save our trees. The problem was something WE did wrong and all we had to do was change our lawn fertilization procedure. NO CHARGE!! AND IN AND OUT IN 10 MINUTES. Thank you Tree Guy for sending someone like Casey to assess our problem. If we need an arborist in the future you can be certain The Tree Guy will be my first call!! Called the tree guy and he was there within the hour to give me an estimate. They used the crane to remove a big dead tree. It was awesome to watch! Removed everything and the clean up crew was great. Highly recommend these guys.

Beyond thrilled with The Tree Guy's service! Not only did he remove 15 stumps, but he graded the area around the stump! I totally expected to hurry home before dark and fill in the areas where the stumps had been removed. The mixture of dirt/stump looks like a fresh mulch bed. Customer service was EXCELLENT as he called soon after I reached out to him via FB. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT company and very reasonably priced. Will hire again for tree removal!

My fiancé and I recently purchased a home and had a blue spruce that needed to come down. Casey McCarty came and took it down in about a hour. He landed the tree in a tight spot based on where it was located and my enclosed trailer was parked near by. With the most precision you could possibly have when dealing with a tree that could potentially go wherever it wants. He put it right beside that trailer with no damage done. Everything we could ask for with the professionalism, quality and dedication to get the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Casey two thumbs up

Very professional bussiness from the office, to the crew out in the field. The Tree Guys do an amazing and efficient job for a reasonable price. Im very happy with the end result after having two trees removed today. (One of the trees being more on the dangerous side, with powerlines nearby, tree overhanging the home and a few hangers to deal with) If i ever have another problem tree, they will be my call.

I want to thank Casey and the rest of the crew for doing a great job. They not only removed about a dozen sick & dying trees from our property, but they ground the stumps and added topsoil to the spots where the trees once stood to level the yard. Casey also took us around our yard and gave us an education on how to take proper care of the remaining trees and shrubbery. A+ job!

If you are looking for great service, The Tree Guy is the place to go. I called for a quote on my trees that were on their last leg. Instead I received an actual person who came out and had to break it to me that the farmer next door sprayed with broadleaf and killed pretty much everything. But he had good news, they will live and cycle through. Fertilize and they will be ok. Thank you so much you have no idea how upset I've been watching everything looking dead this past week. True professionals!!!

I have had 2 appointments and a 3rd coming soon, for trimming, tree removals, and stump grinding. I can't even find the words to express how awesome this crew is!!! From the initial estimate, to setting the appointments, follow ups the week the appointments is scheduled, the clean up, everything about this team is absolutely amazing!!! All of my future tree work will go thru the Tree Guy, that is guaranteed.

The Tree Guy had a prompt call back after I left a message, and a surprisingly fast scheduling for an Estimate. At the site estimate, Casey's passion for trees and tree health along with his knowledge and professionalism was obvious from the start. It's rare these days to meet such a professional.

Had a job scheduled for october 11th and they were a complete, no show i took the day off work to be here to show them exactly what I want it done, and they never even came got a call last night that they were busy Couldn't make It said they would call me later to reschedule for next week, and they never even called !! so today, I found american tree and they came today and did an awesome job the same day for a better price my recommendation, to anyone reading this, go with American tree, at least they'll show up.

The crew just completed the removal of a very difficult large silver maple in our back yard that had become dangerous. No one else would touch the job. It was so difficult that it took almost 3 days to complete. All the guys on the crew were fantastic and diligent with a nearly impossible task. Thank you to Casey and all the guys. I can now rest assured knowing that our family, friends and fur children are all safe. I can't express how grateful we are. Highly recommended!!!
