Removed a 100+ year old Maple, easily 40ft tall, tucked into a setting close to our home. Alas it was time to remove for safety, the maple had seen better days. The guys set up with care, handle the tricky parts with skill and professionalism, dealt with a bee hive (via a bee keeper), disposed of the cuttings, and left the worksite / yard / driveway as clean as they found them. Would recommend and use again without hesitation. Delaware Ohio.

Had a great experience! A few of our trees looked like they were dying. Casey gave us great advice and shared the needed steps to get them healthy again. He did not sell us his service. He simply educated us and told us how to do it ourself. You can tell he enjoys his work and helping people.

I had these guys come to our condo community to remove and trim trees. They spent two full days here. Can’t put into words how great of a job the entire team did! From the initial phone consultation with Snobilee to schedule an estimate, to Casey coming out to take a look, they fully communicated, were extremely knowledgeable, and made sure we were happy with the end result. The crew worked extremely hard and our condo complex looks great! Would 100% recommend The Tree Guy !

Great Service and Communication from the Sales Department, Office staff and Outside employees!

Nice looking equipment but no customer service. We were first told we would be the first stop the next morning and they start early. At 9:30 I tried calling and no answer, 10:30 no answer and left message to see if they were still coming. 1:30 I received a vm "Yes we will be there late tonight". 3:30 a call to let me know they won't be able to make it at all today. I understand it was a bad storm and I wasn't the only customer but don't repeatedly say you will show up and then at the end of the day leave us hanging.

Had them out to check on seepage around a tree concerned something was wrong with the tree and wanting it cut down. Informed me it was a water leak and said the tree was fine. Informed them that I already had the water company out who refused to admit it was them. Informed me to get Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and an investigation is already starting. Thank you for saving me money when you could have been dishonest and charged me to cut it down. Very polite and honest. Highly recommend!

they shaved my big bushes around the l;ong tree wuithout making a mess. lets say i didnt need my coffe even tho without it i dont give effoc. they were sendy. will have again

I would highly recommend The Tree Guy for the removal of trees. I had large trees that were either dead or dangerously overhanging rental property. They provided a no cost estimate and did the job on time and for the amount quoted. There was a little communication error as I was unable to be present at the time of the work, but they came back out and did the job completely and to my satisfaction. Thanks to all of the guys that did the job. They have cool "transformer like" tools too! I like that they have an arborist on the job to make sure the trees that could be saved, would be saved.

I was all ready to have a large sugar maple taken down because it looked like a potential safety risk. Casey McCarty came out to provide an estimate. He explained to me that it was healthy and properly cabled. He referred to it as a “Heritage “ tree. I will have him back to do some minor trimming. He saved me a lot of money. I appreciated his honesty.

I had The Tree Guy come out a remove 6 large trees from my property. Two of the trees were next to the house and 4 were surrounding the garage. They showed up as scheduled and brought their amazing equipment. They have a cutting arm which extends 100 feet so they can easily clamp on branches, cut them off and drop them. This allowed them to access everything from the driveway. They removed my trees without causing any property damage and hauled everything away. Scott was the team leader and he and his team did an awesome job. They were done in a day and a half and everything was completely cleaned up. They even blew away the sawdust before they left. If you need tree work done save yourself some time and call The Tree Guy first. They have the equipment and the skill to do the job quickly and correctly. I highly recommend their services.

I scheduled a dead tree to be removed. They called and told me they could remove it that day however I stated that I wanted to be there when it was done and no heavy equipment on my driveway. i like to be present on my property when having work done. When I returned home that day. The tree was gone and so were they. I felt they disrespected my request and that they trespassed onto my property completely disregarding my request. I cancelled future services for another tree. I have been told to file a police repor for trespassing?
