This is another awesome place to spend your money. They have virtually ever type of plant, shrub, or flower that you could possibly want. Trees as well. Prices for landscaping has skyrocketed but there are still some goods buys to be had here. Overall their quality is high so you can buy with confidence and of course they offer a warranty. They will assist in loading your purchase as well.

Will never do business here again!! They will not honor their return policy.I had bought 4 boxwoods and various other shrubs the boxwoods look like they have boxwood blight and look terrible. The barberrys also look terrible and look like there dying. Came in to show pictures and somebody told me just cut them down to stem. Shouldn't have to do that in less than a year of having them and taking proper care of them.maybe poor quality shrubs.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotdog stand out front was an added bonus. A great selection on plants and trees. Free water while your shopping!! And the nice guys out front loaded my car for me! Amazing place and experience.

I went to Natorp's yesterday (on Mother's day during the Covid crisis, I know, I'm a jerk) and expected the place to be absolute madness. However, the staff was INCREDIBLY helpful regardless of everything going on and helped me to find the perfect plants for my yard. I needed some very specific items for water-loving plants in partial sun/shade and they delivered. While the checkout line appeared long, they had staff directing everyone to the correct checkout counters and everything went quickly and smoothly. I'll definitely be going there again due to their incredible selection, friendly service, and efficiency during this crazy time.

Huge selection of vegetable plants- healthy and at competitive prices! Plenty of staff to answer questions, and they are friendly. Checkout is efficient. Parking lot is spacious.... My new go-to for plants.

Natorps is fabulous! They have the best selection of the healthiest plants in the area. Their design and landscape work are exceptional, and their customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied longtime client.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Dawn Sunday morning at your Mason store. WOW!! We needed HELP as we are not landscapers. It was like God sent us a gardening angel. She gave us great advice, was so helpful, allowed us to make choices with some suggestions. She was so nice, patient and kind. We went home placed everything and then came back for more.. thankfully she was still there and more than willing to help us with round 2. We will be back for round 3 soon and pray Dawn is there to help again. You are lucky to have her on your team as her customer service is AMAZING.

Prices are shocking! The hanging baskets were on par with other nurseries but perennials and annuals have skyrocketed. For whatever reason, you can get giant red banana plant for $45 way below retail in other local nurseries. I was excited to use my free perennial coupon and was surprised to learn that the coupon in actuality is capped at $12 and none of the perennials were anywhere near that price so I got to pay $8.50 for my free plant. And worst of all is how HOT it was inside their building. Many of their plants were wilted (including us).

This is a fantastic nursery/greenhouse. My wife and I needed some help with design so we submitted information about our flower beds and they did a free design for us that was awesome. The selection and quality is top notch. The people were very helpful and even helped us load our plants into our truck. The 12 month guaranty on the perennials shows that they stand behind their product. We highly recommend Natorps!

I love the great selection of perennials!! The prices match the quality of the plants and are competitive with other local nurseries. I am extra, extra, happy that your plant stock is online -- I can dream and plan, know what's in stock before I get there and then see other things I may have missed on the website and just have to have! Since it's a bit of a drive for me to get out there, this is a very important feature!. I look forward to some of the plants you have arriving in the spring. This place is amazing!! Such a selection of flowers, scrubs and trees. Everyone is so helpful and they have bottled water for you to drink while your shopping. And some days Hot Dog Joes is there and they have yummy food and great service as well!!

An amazing place to browse for plants. Make sure you budget several hours for your visit. I think they have anything you could ever want to plant in Cincinnati. Their 1 year warranty is a plus. Expect an overwhelming ikea like experience.

I discovered that I've been going to the wrong nursery for 20 years! Prior to this year I had never heard of Natorp's. Your selection and the courtesy of your employees was top notch. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and stayed with me until I had all of my questions answered. And, he made sure I had the right product that I needed. Great green house. It's a sight to behold. Thanks for a great visit. In the future, I'll be going to Natorp's first. BTW, the man who helped me didn't badmouth another nursery when I mentioned their name.

It is huge place with too many type of all plants that you can imagine. The staff is very friendly and helping much with everything. very nice organized and does have plants, trees, herbs, veggies, flowers, soil, and other garden items including decoration. Great place to go if you have backyard garden or want to improve the front yard.

It's always a pleasure shopping there. Best of all, the crowd was low this evening, and ko one was where I needed to be.

Stopped in today 6/3/22 looking for yellow roses.
I was immediately greeted by an employee inquiring if he could be of assistance.
We then met a another employee to ask where the roses were located. This employee (Sharon) then went with me to where the roses were located.
Sharon shared with me that she loved working at Natorp's, and was a long time employee. She was amazingly helpful, and was an excellent representative of the Natorp's brand.
The facility was huge , clean , and has everything you could want !
I checked out at 2:14pm by another star quality employee. Her efficiency was most impressive ! Where does Natorp's find employees that are so amazing ?
I was signed up for the Plant Club and saved money today.
A great experience , some of the best , if not the best customer service ever !

6/15/26 The best place for all landscaping needs and the staff is so very friendly and helpful. I had 3 plants that did not return from last June planting, so they happily replaced them! What a wonderful place to shop for the garden and yard.
