This is the best garden center I have seen. Been a regular customer for over 10 years. The center has been a great partner in my love of gardening. Best prices, great quality, friendly associates and they respect my privacy. Even though they have my private info, I am not bombarded with emails and never a text. Become a member and save more with no hassles.

Natorp's Nursery is huge and has every option you can think of! Toni helped me pick out a wonderful assortment of flowers that pair so nicely together in my garden. She was so patient and knowledgeable, and I truly appreciated her help!

I stopped by Natorp's to pick out peppers for my salsa garden. I was delighted by the selection of hot peppers and picked up several that are new to me. All the plants looked so healthy! I need to come back and just browse. If you like plants, Natorp's is a must see. They have everything!

Very big Nursery in Cincinnati. They got plenty of collections for your garden. Well organized and wonderful staffs to help you around.

Alan Cohen has become my "Pen Pal" throughout the year...ALWAYS helpful answering questions as the season progressed....I really appreciate his quick responses. And when I am visiting the outlet, all the staff is friendly and engaging. I also have come in just to stroll around & enjoy the sights. I usually don't leave without a purchase! I Will make it in for one last visit before you close for the season....Attached is a picture of the Cone flowers I picked up for my perennial garden...looking forward to their blooms next year!

This nursery is truly a plant lover’s paradise !!!
The space is impressively large, and their selection is phenomenal. They carry three varieties of Holy Basil (Tulsi), a Bay Leaf tree, and Curry Leaf plants in three different sizes. I was especially amazed by the number of mint varieties available….. it’s well worth checking out their full inventory online.

A huge thank-you to Mr. Dave Couch, who went above and beyond to help me find several plants I’d been searching for. He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew the inventory so well that when I asked about the Sensitive Plant, he immediately informed me they were out of stock—and even double-checked with a colleague to confirm. His dedication and expertise really stood out, especially given how extensive their plant selection is.

Natorp's has the largest plant selection, the best prices, and the most employees of any nursery in the Cincinnati area.

One of my favorite nurseries in Cincinnati! They have an incredible selection of plants - could literally spend a day there exploring! The employees are soo helpful and knowledgeable. Their website is pretty helpful at price comparing. For most things, prices are fair and comparable (if not cheaper)! Couldn’t recommend Natorp’s enough - my favorite outing for a Saturday!

Going here with our daughter has become the quintessential start of spring :) if this place doesn't have what you are looking for, no one will. Only place I can ever find pequin pepper plant starters. Friendly and helpful staff who knows what they are talking about.

We had the most amazing experience at Natorps. I went with my 80 year old mom to help her pick out some new shrubs for an are we had just cleared out in front of her house. We have little experience with landscaping and we really had no idea what we needed. We ran into David in the outdoor tree section and he was beyond helpful. He told us exactly what he recommended (flowering tree, rose bushes, cat mint, and shrubs) for the space (based on a few pictures on my cell phone) and then he walked us around the entire nursery helping us pick out the perfect plants and telling us exactly how to plant each one. It was so helpful and my mom is so excited by the results. It looks professionally landscaped and will be beautiful for many years to come. David was amazing!! Thank you so much for your amazing expertise and customer service.

Natorp’s is my happy place. They have great customer service & beautiful plants!!! We have hired them to do 4 landscaping projects around my home, one every year since 2021 and the plants and trees are still thriving. Still more to come :) hahaha. I’m always thinking about plant possibilities and they provide the expertise and capability. They are just awesome & I’m a pretty tough customer. Love love love Natorp’s. I’m so happy they are 15

This is the best place to shop for plants in the Mason area. The place is enormous and has such a great variety of plants and flowers. They are all well maintained and the prices are good if you are a club member.

I love this place. They have a great website to order online and do a curbside pickup. My entire backyard has been planted with bushes and perinnials from here. Everyone that works here is so nice and knowledgeable. Best selection I have found anywhere and the plants are taken care of very well. Don't want to think of the amount of money I have spent here.

I purchased 3 arborvitae giants 15 gallon (5 ft) at $160 each before I learned that White Oak Garden Center had the same tree and height for $118. So I contacted Natorps about adjusting the price since I could have gotten 4 at White Oak for the cost of Natorps 3. Tina called me and was apologetic. She explained that White Oaks was selling their tree at that price because the rootball is smaller filling a 7 gallon pot. She said White Oak’s 15 gallon was $218. After telling her I was still disappointed, because I wanted more height, she offered a gift certificate or suggested returning the trees. I appreciate that Tina understood the issue, called White Oak to verify, and worked with me to resolve. Thanks Tina!

Staff is very cordial. Some time the inventory shown online may not be available in stock. Better call them before visiting.

I have always been a big fan of Natorps but today Mike, manager of pickup orders, and all involved went above and beyond expectations. I inquired on the website after hours last night about an item, I heard from Mike via email at 8:10 AM this morning and the flat was waiting for me at checkout when I got there. Very impressive personal service. You're not going to get that at a big box store. GREAT JOB!!
