Came out, reviewed what needed to be replaced with us. They made arrangements with electric company and pulled permits. Worked with inspector. All done in one day. Great group of workers. Will have them back on other projects.

We waited 2 hours past the appointment. They never came, we called twice and they said they would ask the repair man where he was and for him to call us. It never happened. I am really frustrated because we have stuff to do and theyre not being professional.

Hired Koby Electric recommend by Home Advisor to correct a fan that was recently improperly installed and improperly wired by another company. Jeff the Tech did a great job . Was very efficient and left the carpet cleaner then it was when he arrived. I will highly recommend Koby Electric and hire them again.

These guys had a next day appointment available for me, arrived a couple of minutes early of the two hour window time, knew exactly what the issues were that I pointed out, and were able to explain to me in pretty simple terms what was going on. As it turned out, there were very simple fixes that us, as the owners could take care of, and there was no charge at all for their time. it is so refreshing to experience service that is honest and not out to get you. They have no charge for inspection alone.

We needed an exhaust fan replaced. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone thought that was something they could do. They came and looked at fifteen minutes. They said we were all squared away. I was happy. He said the old fan motor was done, but they capped it. I was like all squared away? They charged $250 for fifteen minutes and did not even attempt to fix the problem. I was very angry and will be sure to to tell anyone I know not to use them. The fan hasn't been working for five years and for $250 I was told exactly what I already knew

We needed an electrical line ran for a late season pool install. Koby came out the next business day, gave us a quote & finished the job that day.
