Pat is very a skilled professional and neat in completing the job. Hilscher-Clarke was respectful of our time and schedules, also. They were quick to respond and showed up promptly. Even the invoicing and payment process was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Doug and Matt were very efficient in their jobs and had my electric back on in a relatively short time. Doug walked me through and showed me what they had done. I'm very happy with the service Hilscher-Clarke provides.

I need an electrician after hours Pat came fixed the problem immediately he was so nice explain everything to me so efficient the after service price was so much less than expected I calling on Monday to have him come out to do additional work.

Bryce and Pat did an amazing job hanging our Chandeliers. We had a really heavy chandelier in a vaulted ceiling that is a little awkward to handle, and it was no problem for them. They handled everything with care and even cleaned up all the styrofoam pieces! I will have them back again soon to hang the remaining lights when they arrive. Super nice guys, great company!

Could not have been happier with the work that was done. The guys that came out to do the work we're both very professional and nice.

Unfortunately this is the first review I've ever had to edit after the fact. Got a message today from a lady named Jessica W. Somehow they had lost the check that I gave them when they completed the work. Now because they were too cheap to use credit cards like most normal companies would they wanted 3% if I used my card so I was forced to write a check. Fine whatever.. But when you lose someone's check and ask them to put a stop payment on it you should at least offer IMMEDIATELY to cover any expense you may encounter canceling the check. Instead this woman was very unprofessional and didn't even suggest that they would pay until I had to bring it up in the second message explaining my great displeasure with this since I have a family member that just had surgery that I'm trying to care for. Not at all pleased that I have to go to the bank and screw around. This in no way changes my view of the work that was done obviously those guys were professional and knew what they were doing. To say the least this woman in the office did not. Never again will I use them. And I've been encouraging others as well today to do the same.

Doug was out to Install additional GFI circuits and new outlets. He had an apprentice with him named Danielle and they worked together very well. They are both a excellent representation of your company. He is our go to electrician for the future.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. They were able to promptly get someone out to my house. Matt was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. After he explained everything to me, he didn't mind me calling my husband and re-explaining it to him. I definitely recommend using Hilscher-Clarke, as we will from here on out.

We first used the services of Hilscher-Clarke during our above-ground pool installation a few years ago, and didn't hesitate to call again when we lost power in one bedroom and needed their assistance with the installation of a ceiling fan and repair of an outlet in our sunroom. Matt was here within a few hours of my call. I appreciated his professionalism and kindness as he went about his job, done with expertise. He took the time to explain things to me regarding the outage and nessessary repair, and also told me that the sunroom outlet was actually working - the GFI was just harder to push. Thanks to Matt for a job well done and to Heather at the office and also Sean who scheduled the visit today.

I had three companies come out and Hilscher-Clark was the best price, most Knowledgeable, and talked to me as a human and didn’t talk down to me cause I was a clueless homeowner. I would use them again in a heart beat and recommend them.

Everything was great from the first contact to get an estimate to the gentleman that did the installation. Matt did a great job of installing the fans. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Estimate was adjusted because a lift was not required. This is our third time we’ve used Hilscher Clark and have not been disappointed once.

Pat was very professional and prompt. He explained everything before he did it and made sure we were all in the same page before he did any work. They replaced and upgraded the panel on an extremely hot July day and we were able to trust them and leave them alone at the house while we chilled at a hotel. Matt and Alex who assisted him were very helpful. When I called to get a quote, they came the same day and I had the quote by the end of the day. After I had the quote, they reached out to me via email to follow-up and were understanding and patient while I waited on competing quotes from other vendors. The other vendors took days to get me the quotes, came in much higher and never once called or emailed me to follow up the quote.

Both Doug and Danielle worked in 10 degree weather to get our job done…..on budget and on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
