They left ruts in my yard from their truck they promised to come back on a Monday morning at 8:30 they did not come back over I had to call them back and finally on a Thursday one gentleman came back and he put straw in the ruts ONLY. Guess I will have to get out there and do it myself and I am a 68 year old widow!!

I do not consider your tree trimmers experts by any means. In my community they have left trimming projects looking like they were struck by tornados. Their equipment is not properly maintained so they twist and rip branches. Debris has been left everywhere. They are butchers, not trimmers. They kill trees, not trim them.

The 3 guys that came out and pruned our TREES today June 9th, 2022, On Harold Drive in Richfield...from Asplundh Tree Service were very friendly and helpful. They actually knew what the hell they were doing. Not like the other tree services, they hacked off the branches and limbs in the center of branch.
That just tells me the other tree service s are HACKS. And don't really care about their jobs. Get it done quickly and get out.
Way to go Asplundh. Please pass this along to the higher ups what a Good Crew you sent out here today!

Overall, I haven't had much to gripe about when these folks come through on cycle. Unfortunately, these guys were recently holed up on my wooded property. One truck was CNUC and the other an Asplundh truck. I keep motion cameras on my trail and watched as a short fella with a long beard made his was to the Asplundh truck and proceeded to put his head into the man's lap. I jumped on my 4 wheeler and confronted both. The short fella's lanyard badge read C. millmier. The other fella had no discernable I.D. and he was to ashamed to speak. If these fellas intend to use my property as some sleazy hotel then I would at least expect a small fee. Otherwise stay off my property!

If this is the tree service that cleared trees from power lines you might want to do a better clean up job. Left huge limb in yard and debris. Trucks left huge ruts in my yard. Will need to get someone to clean up and fix ruts.

When you’re sent out by AEP to trim trees that doesn’t mean to cut our cable line and just leave it laying there. Absolute joke of a company.

Tree butchers, not experts. They trim it quick and dirty and don't care how it looks as long as they're getting paid. I could've done a better job with pruning sheers. You and AEP can both go somewhere else, 'cause I don't want you in my community.

Did not receive service from this company and never will. The gentlemen in one of the large orange trucks decided to pull up right next to us while we're waiting in a line of cars and proceeded to move his truck into our car full of kids. There was no indication from them at any point that they were trying to pull into their parking g lot until their truck was almost on top of ours. Complete disregard for safety and others. And obviously has no idea how traffic works. Disgusting

They cut down a tree for my neighbor through AEP then left ALL the branches in the side of MY front yard. Also left ruts in OUR yard. Called them to find out when they would be getting it since it was a Thanksgiving holiday coming up. Called the office 3 times and they had no idea if they left them or cleaned them up so they gave me the field supervisor number. I called him multiple times and no return call. I told them I don’t care when they come but I wanted to make sure they were coming. Still no response. Well today they came. Husband was out and came back right when they were done. They were just standing around and no longer working. Told the guy we need to get in our driveway and asked if he could he move the pylon and the guy walked away from my husband while talking and never moved the cone and didn’t say no or yes or anything. Just walked away. Very rude and unprofessional group. I would save yourself some headaches and hire someone else.

I was notified that The tree service will be trimming trees along my back property again this year. Last time they were here, they left the yard a mess. They removed a dogwood tree that was only 8 feet tall And not even under the powerlines that would never have touched the powerlines. When I asked why they removed the tree. They told me the tree was never there. They even tried to say that they were never in my yard. Even though I had gone out and talked with them before they started the work.. Not only that, but they spiked the Oak tree Which needed light trimmingto climb it which causes severe stress To the tree. When I called the manager to have him come out. He promised a replacement tree for the one they removed within three days. This never happened and they never responded to me again I can see by all the other reviews on here. What a Low rate tree service this company is. I don’t understand why power companies who charge so much use such a cheap service.

Four birch trees trimmed as per First Energy. Not only did they butcher the trees, the mess left behind is unacceptable.

Recently had a tree fall on a power line outside of my home and these two gentlemen came out on a holiday weekend to clear the lines, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up and all branches were clear. Branches that weren’t even a hazard were cleared which is appreciated as they would have been an eye sore. Very professional and very much appreciated. Their names with Jayden and Tristan. Great crew and I’d ask for them personally in the future if any other issues come up in the future. Thanks guys!!

I would like to bring attention to some concerning behavior exhibited by Asplundh Tree Expert LLC employees at the Love’s Travel Stop in Diamond, Ohio. The company vehicles are regularly parked in multiple spaces meant for truck drivers who rely on these spots for rest and compliance with required driving hours. On one recent occasion, your vehicles occupied up to six parking spaces—far beyond what would be considered reasonable.

Furthermore, around 6:00 a.m., several of your employees were observed driving through the lot at high speeds with loud music playing, disturbing drivers who are either still resting or just starting their day. There was also excessive noise from conversations near other trucks, showing a lack of consideration for the working drivers around them.

Most concerning of all, one of your employees was witnessed urinating on my tractor trailer instead of using the designated restroom facilities inside the travel center. This behavior is entirely inappropriate and reflects poorly on your company’s reputation.

If your business is operating in the area, it would be more professional and respectful to arrange designated parking for your fleet and to ensure your team conducts themselves with greater awareness and courtesy toward others using the facility.

This company was hired by AEP on my street to cut the trees above the power lines. After they left, I went outside to use the car and my tire had wood in it and was completely flat. I spoke with management presented them with pictures and they said that "there is no way its their fault, that someone must've used wood to puncture my tire" mind you they did the work all day above my car and around my car. I had to get my car towed along with spending $200 on a tire. I never once moved my car until they left. They are extremely unprofessional and didn't work with me at all. They immediately defended their company before even sending someone up to look at my tire. When the first guy came he wasn't trying to hear my story but stated he would go to higher up, when higher up called he just stated the exact same thing the first guy said when he came without no investigation. They could have easily asked me to move my car before doing the work. Do not use this company and if AEP hires them to do work around your house, be sure to move all your belongings.

I was told by a supervisor that my tree would be left shaped nice and healthy as they trimmed for the electric company. NOT the case. They butchered my tree, left ruts in my yard, and completely ignored my presence.

The workers came for the illuminating company. Showed up late July '24 after leaving notice on my door they would be there in April '24. Came on to my property with my acknowledgement. The gentlemen cutting the tree were actually really nice and professional.

It was the lazy guys who showed up 6 hours later with the limb shredder who are the clowns. If I'm able to I'll leave pics or vids of the mess they left (me the home owner) to clean. I have ring cameras all over of them and it's pretty ridiculous video of them doing nothing but playing in their phones. They sat at the neighbors 3 houses down in their truck for 40 mins. Drove down to my house. Did 5 mins of work, left the mess, then sat in their truck for 40 minutes in front of my house. You know, instead of doing their job and cleaning up...Why is the hour of yard work to clean up your mess on me? I'm sure you're company is paid generously by the electric company. Why do I clean up the mess left behind?
Is this normal business Asplundh Tree "EXPERTS?" Because there is nothing "expert" about the lazy guys you hire.

I will never personally use them as a company and I am actually looking for quotes for a complete tree removal. No thanks with these guys

This company works with the electrical company when trees need to be trimmed. They came out and was trimming a branch which ended up falling on my new chain link fence which completely damaged and bent the hell out of it. I was not there but neighbors got video of this happening They then proceeded to yank on it to pull it back into shape. I arrived home and saw the fence was damaged. By the time I went to go out and talk to the workers they had all left and nobody said a thing to me or left notice. I had to track them down through the electrical company for a claim. Some person claiming to be from Asplundh came out the next day and did a terrible job at “fixing” my fence and left the scrap wood as well as metal poles in my yard. I had to open another claim for somebody to actually come out and professionally fix my fence. Almost all the workers don’t even speak English and don’t care if they damage your property. Stay away from this terrible, unprofessional, joke of a company.
