They blew me off on an estimate appointment, never got back to me about it...didn't care obviously ...they must not want new customers...

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! The price point was outstanding and the overall service is second to none. Job was done quickly and cleaned up just as fast. You could hardly know they were there except that two giant Tees were gone and my restored yard looks better than it did before. I will definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had some very challenging trees 100+ feet. When they were being removed, they had to bring in a crane and a bucket crane(?) to get it out of our backyard. Each cut of the tree, the crane had to take it over our house and into the truck in front. Not one branch fell. It was amazing to say the least. The entire crew, from the guys on the ground, the crane operator, the guy in the bucket and the guy swinging in the harness, ALL were all very professional, courteous, focused and knew exactly what they were doing. The cleanup was amazing as well. I expected we would have a bunch of debris. Nothing. Not one branch, limb etc. His equipment is the top in the industry. This is the company to call as you will not be disappointed. They were worth every $$$dollar. Joe the owner is very fair and runs a great company. Thank you Joe and your crew for doing an outstanding job!!!

Had 2 large trees removed, stumps ground and lawn restored. They did a great job from start to finish. Cleaned up everything as they went along. Finished in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire them again!

They did an amazing job, showed up early by about 30 minutes, they were in and out in about 3 hours and took down a sycamore tree over 100ft tall. It was an emergency situation that they responded to very quickly. Our of the 10 companies that I called in my area they were the only ones who had their own equipment ready to go.

I’ve used Beren’s for years, and there’s a reason I keep calling them back.. I was most pleased by the expertise in thinning and trimming the maple by the road. The tree was planted for me by my mother years ago, and has great sentimental value. The power company wanted to cut half the front off to clear their lines. I had Joe come in and they trimmed it away from the lines, maintaining it’s beautiful shape, and thinning it so grass will grow under it again. It’s gorgeous!
From a fir removal, to a downed tree, to the dead 100+ year old ash, they have done an excellent job. He has the equipment and staff to get the job done quickly, and their clean up is top notch. I highly recommend this company!

I am SO happy with the job that was done by Berens! The crew came to trim a large maple and remove a gigantic oak.

They had to work around power lines, on a narrow street with traffic, and in my small front yard/driveway. Even with all of these challenges, they ROCKED it. My maple was trimmed beautifully, and the oak removal was nothing short of impressive.

I watched this crew work diligently for an entire workday on these 2 trees, and every one of these guys hustled! Every huge branch/log was brought down safely, and no damage was done to anything. They clearly know what they’re doing, and are good at it! Every single crew member worked non-stop all day. They were all very friendly, and I could see that they have a good camaraderie with each other. It was nice to see a crew working so hard, yet very respectful of each other.

Overall, I am pretty blown away at the job this crew did. I would definitely recommend Berens due to the outstanding job that the guys did and the reasonable, fair pricing.

We have used them twice. Both times they were professional and bring heavy duty equipment to get the job done. Joe listens to your needs and gives professional advice and all of the employees are professional and courteous. Instead of just chopping trees and limbs, they also look at the aesthetic of trees in context with the yard and house. Terrific company, service and results! They are busy so make sure you call ahead.

They removed a large tree in our front yard. They were very professional and did a terrific job. They were quick to grind the stump and do the landscaping following that. They were very nice and I would highly recommend them! They were quick to provide the estimate and followed up with availability. I appreciated their good communication.

I have used Berens over the years at a number of properties whether for removal or trimming. They never disappoint. They clean up nicely at the end. They leave wood chips whenever asked. Their prices are reasonable. The workers act professionally on the job.

Such a nice group of young men. They came on a rainy day, and still got our three trees trimmed and beautifully shaped. Their cleanup job was exceptionally well done as well. We were very impressed and happy with their professional work. Thank you, Berens, for a job well done!

Took two trees out in our backyard which went fine. But the stump grinder guy made a HUGE mess. It literally looked like an explosion. We chose not to have them clean it up because it was an extra cost, but now we wish we would have. We think maybe he made such a mess because he knew he wasn’t going to have to mess with it. He left a huge pile of dirt and debris and it wasn’t even a large stump. We have to rent a dumpster to give rid of all the dirt and stump grindings which is going to take more time and money.

Highly recommend. Great price and the crew was very professional and respectful. I will definitely use again. Thanks so much.

We had a great experience with Berens. They did trimming and tree removal for us. They were very responsive, which was extremely appreciated & priced fair and reasonable. The main crew that was here (including stump removal and haul away crew that followed) took time to review things and cleaned up after every step. It’s a huge relief to have the work done, we would absolutely use them again, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Does a great job. Had one small problem with ruts in lawn after they finished. I called them and they had a team out the next day to repair lawn. I highly recommend and will continue using Berens for all my tree needs.

Derek (foreman) and his crew, Tyler, Alex, and Jeff were extremely professional, it was a very dangerous job as the tree was so close in proximity to our cabin as well as the cabin next door. We would highly recommend Berens Tree Service to anyone.

Berens is the best, period. They've done work where I'm employed and at my home. I wouldn't use anyone else for tree service.

I've had Berens remove about ten trees, grind the stumps, remove the waste, replace with topsoil and plant new grass. They are truly a one man wrecking crew who does a great job at an affordable price. I previously tried pricing out each aspect of the job to try to save money but in the long run it was better and cheaper to go with someone who had all the equipment and staff with experience to get the job done. I couldn't be happier with their work and will recommend to anyone.

I should have gone with them from the start! I wanted to get quotes just to see who (let’s face it, would be the least expensive). They were the only ones who came out SAME DAY to give me a quote…. And they scheduled me for 1-2 weeks later. We have 2 giant Maple trees & 1 Oak and they completed the job in under 5 hours. Professional, nice, and the best price. Don't waste your time anywhere else, just go straight to them!!!!
