I had called to see if I had a small gas leak. Within 30 mins Alex arrived. He was professional and asked questions about my system. Within a short amount of time he explained what was wrong and what is needed to fix. He never tried to up sell me. We talked about the best options. He could have told me I needed a new furnace and I would have believed him. He showed me pics of the item that was defective and what the cost would be to fix. BTW my furnace is over 20 years old. It is good to see there are companies that value quality in hiring great employees. Alex was outstanding and will be using Quality as my HVAC company. Thank you Quality Heating & Cooling for having Alex be prompt and professional getting the problem diagnosed and taken care of so I can have peace of mind.

The salesman was very knowledgeable on what our home needed! The installers went above and beyond to install our furnace and also replaced our vent pipe for our water heater at no extra cost. The last technician evaluated our system and adjusted it to make our home feel great! Our home has never felt this comfortable in the 15 years we lived in our home! I highly recommend this company!

Quentin worked with me on choices on new furnace and others. He knows the my situation and understands. I was referred to him by my closest friend. He did a good job explaining the situation and all. Fred the installer and his helper did a good job!! I really appreciated what they all did. I highly recommend this company working on your needs. Thanks guys!!!
