I had called to see if I had a small gas leak. Within 30 mins Alex arrived. He was professional and asked questions about my system. Within a short amount of time he explained what was wrong and what is needed to fix. He never tried to up sell me. We talked about the best options. He could have told me I needed a new furnace and I would have believed him. He showed me pics of the item that was defective and what the cost would be to fix. BTW my furnace is over 20 years old. It is good to see there are companies that value quality in hiring great employees. Alex was outstanding and will be using Quality as my HVAC company. Thank you Quality Heating & Cooling for having Alex be prompt and professional getting the problem diagnosed and taken care of so I can have peace of mind.

The salesman was very knowledgeable on what our home needed! The installers went above and beyond to install our furnace and also replaced our vent pipe for our water heater at no extra cost. The last technician evaluated our system and adjusted it to make our home feel great! Our home has never felt this comfortable in the 15 years we lived in our home! I highly recommend this company!

Quentin worked with me on choices on new furnace and others. He knows the my situation and understands. I was referred to him by my closest friend. He did a good job explaining the situation and all. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. I called to schedule a repair, and they were able to send someone out same-day. Then, the technician (Brandon) came out on time (even a bit early), called ahead, and was extremely kind and professional. The office representative and technician both understood my needs, and never once tried to pressure me into paying for more than what was necessary. I will recommend Quality Heating & Cooling to all neighbors and friends. Excellent customer service!

They were very friendly in the phone and could have had someone at my home the same day if I'd been available to let them in. The repair man, Fred, called before he came, was actually a little earlier than he said, and got the job handled quickly. He also gave us several things that he would recommend to maintain our furnace in good condition. I am very happy with their work and will continue using them for any future work.

I've been using them for over 10 years and I've never had anything but a wonderful experience. From general maintenance to duct cleaning to new air conditioning units and additional duct work - I've always received excellent service. And they do a great job of letting you know who is performing your service so you feeling safe. Highly recommend!

First, I got the date wrong for service to come. I’m home, off work, waiting when I got a call saying they will be here tomorrow as scheduled. I said that I thought it was today! She checked with the Service Technician, Alex and he said he could stop today! Hurray! Sad news, my old AC just isn’t worth repairing. I knew it, I was hoping for another year but not surprised. So, instead of repairing he did a house walk through and gave me three levels of replacement estimates. I picked one, got an install, date and financing. Something I had been dreading was made to be pretty simple. I’ve never bought AC before. I guess I would rather it be this way than stuck in the next heat wave. I’m really impressed with this whole interaction. Great business Quality!

Update: had my install today with Steve and Matt. Loved them! I can’t believe it was done so quickly and looks perfect too. Very very happy!

Alex was great! He was professional and friendly. Alex knew exactly what he was doing, no questions asked. He was informative and helpful about his profession and could talk to me in an understandable way about my A/C system. I loved that he was honest about the options of work that needed done and gave me different scenarios plus receiving a physical copy of the work, maintenance and notes. I recommend Quality!

We’ve been using Quality Heating & Cooling for years; they offer a great maintenance service plan and are very kind & professional.
The office staff has always been very accommodating and sending techs out as soon as possible when we’ve needed them in the past. The techs have always been kind, courteous and very knowledgeable, explaining things in a way that I can understand.

Our technician Cody was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to find the right parts for our older model furnace. He was able to come out the same day to fix our problem. He was very friendly and did a great job. The people who answered the phone were very helpful and got him out to our house right away.

Called to get an estimate for my parents’ house. I originally scheduled for the week of July 12, but they were able to get me in there sooner and I greatly appreciated it. Cody was the technician that came to the house he was very courteous and professional. His honesty with the replacement that needed to be done with the units was refreshing, I genuinely felt they put the customer’s needs above the bottom line. I also appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. Often times we have contractors that come into our home and they want to sell us things that we don’t particularly need; that was not the case with this company and I want to thank them.

Alex was wonderful. He maintained my HVAC system while also mentoring a new worker, explaining everything thoroughly. He came back later in the day to reset my thermostat even though he didn’t have to. He was friendly and talkative, providing his own unique and professional service.

It is always a pleasure to work with Quality Heating and Air Conditioning.

Alex did a fantastic job on my service/maintenance call. He identified several items that needed repair and pointed out which were need to do and which were can waits.

The furnace and air conditioner runs perfectly, and he cleaned up the job site spotlessly.

From the time I called the office the first time, to the estimate and then the install, everyone was very professional. The install crew did a great job. They were on time, courteous and efficient. There was no mess left behind and all questions were answered in detail. This is our first Trane furnace & a/c unit and we are very satisfied! Great job to all those involved! Quality Heating & Cooling is one of the best local businesses you can put your trust in. Reid and the rest of the staff make it personal and stand by their work and their word. We had issues with both our furnace and air conditioner which were very old and had a complete replacement done at the same time. Utilizing their financing, we were able to pay off both at 0% financing and enjoy the benefits of all of the new features as well as air scrubber that was installed.

We can't speak highly enough about our experience. If you're looking for heating and cooling specialists, give them a call. It'll be worth your time.

Quality replaced our hot water heater. Excellent same day service , high quality unit , fair price. Highly recommend !

Made a service request and Don was here within less than two hours. He fixed the problem quickly and was willing and able to stay to do furnace checkup too. So happy to have that done! We ordered a new water heater to be installed (didn’t know they did that) as current one has been dripping for a while. Very satisfied with the whole procedure!
