This business is the best I’ve ever dealt with for my heating and cooling needs. Always gets me on the schedule and always fixes the problem, quickly and efficiently. Everyone is kind and friendly as well! Wouldn’t bother trying anywhere else .

Aaron and his guys are awesome. They are straight forward dudes and super friendly. Our furnace quit working it kept kicking off every couple hours to every 10 minutes, it’s in the negative temps, and they were out the next morning to install the new one at a great price. They are understanding and will take good care of you. My husband and I will be getting our AC unit from them next. The Customer service from start to finish was amazing and someone even stopped back to check and make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and installation. They knew exactly what we needed for the area of our building that didn't currently have AC.

We contacted Air-On and they had a technician out to our house the same day. They were efficient and professional and explained everything along the way. pricing was the best we found for our specific system as well!

My furnace stopped working in 30 degree weather. Within an hour of my call they were here to fix problem. Aaron and his staff are awesome! I would highly recommend them.

Aaron and his team of pros are always friendly and skillful when they're doing projects at my house. From running a new gas line for a generator to installing a whole new HVAC system, I know they'll get the job done right followed by excellent support and customer service.

went in my attic to check my old windows since it dropped down to 1 degree and noticed water under the pump of my furnace, in the pan and going under my floor. called and left a message in the am asking if the parts were under warranty. water was frozen in the line but also overflowing out of the pump. i got a call back about a hour after opening time saying something along the lines of labor warranty ran out a few days ago they cant do nothing call another place. i was kind of shocked at this answer and dumbfounded what to do.

i asked the secretary who was new and trying her best that i think the pump might be broke because my furnace is still running it didnt shut off its just spilling on the floor. from what i thought i was told last year during install was the pump would stop the lines from freezing so i wouldnt have to worry about it. since im not a furnace guy i really had no clue what was going on. the parts have a 10 year warranty so if it was the pump and i call another company to fix this, then what do i do? tell them to stop so this company can come back and replace the pump or get reimbursed? and now in the future if any part breaks and they cant make it out to fix it then the same question.

i asked if the owner could give me just a quick call. i did not know what to do and only had a few simple questions. i didnt want the furnace to be further damaged and have a bigger mess. they said the owner was busy but they will tell him to call. i said can you please make it quick, its below 10 degrees outside so if they cant do anything then i need to find someone else fast but i needed those general questions answered. after a hour no call, i found a local guy to come over. still by 130pm nobody called me back btw in which i resulted in leaving a nasty voicemail

the drain line wasnt ran good and had no insulation at all on it in a cold attic. when furance was installed last year winter wasnt as cold as it is now at the same time so it never hit 0 degree weather first year. anyways if they didnt want to install any sort of insulation or if that wasnt their job they should of told me the line would freeze. furthermore there was no wire connected to the shut off on the pump, thats why it was overflowing on my floor and under it as the furnace still ran. which is what they should of connected if they werent going to insulate anything. i have a new furnace guy redoing the line and fixing everything but i have to wait a few days so i have to temp let it drain in bucket and keep checking on it.

i think i deserved a call that would of took only a few minutes to explain to me why this pump was overflowing and didnt shut off, and if it was a part problem or not, and if it was how would i go about another company fixing their warranty. especially on a day that was under 10 degrees when the sun was out. i even offered to pay labor costs if that was a issue. i really would of liked them to examine this issue since they were the ones who installed it. i really liked the team and workers last year, i had wrote a great review which i left up even though i did have some issues last year like them drilling a giant hole into my basement wall for the exhaust pipe in the wrong spot where the pipe couldnt go so they put a piece of tin over the hole for example, i asked what it was but didnt make a big deal because accidents happen. so this outcome and response today leaving me hanging simply just shocked me. i also dont like the fact that when i got my unit the factory had a note taped to it that said loose wire. the team i guess checked it for a loose wire and so far it seems ok, but thats not a note i wanna see on a new unit. anyone else prob would of complained to get a different unit.

it was really hard for me to leave this review on a company i really liked. im left in a pickle if any part breaks under warranty in the future do i call or just pay someone out of pocket, they prob wouldnt show up anyways. this install is only a year old i shouldnt be having any issues.

This company installed two ductless air/heating units at our home, with five mini-splits to enable us to select different temperatures for each room. We have used them for three years now and are very pleased with them. We highly recommend this company.

Have worked with Air-On a few times over the last couple of years and have had nothing but great experiences!! Very prompt to get out to fix my issue and was checking in frequently to make sure everything was working as it should. The whole crew was very professional, tidy, and respectful. Very affordable compared to some of the bigger companies in the area. Could not recommend Air-On more!

We will never use this company again. They told their installer to not leave until we paid the bill. We have always paid right on time. Everytime he had to come out over and over to try and fix the air-conditioning he installed. We are not criminals. But you will never step on our property again and now has sent the invoice 9 times in 30 mins. My wife is working and will pay it when she is off the call with the federal government

I’ve used Air-On Mechanical several times now including the installation of my furnace 5 years ago. This morning I called because my furnace stopped working over the weekend. I called at 8:25 AM and by 9:10 two technicians were pulling into my driveway and a hour and a half later I had heat again. I felt the charge was very reasonable for two technicians spending that amount of time. Because of my previous positive experiences both of my daughters have had Air-On install new furnaces and AC units.

I had to replace my AC unit and chose Air-On Mechanical. This is a great business from the lady I talked to on the phone to the great group of guys they sent to diagnose the problem and install the new unit. Every single person I was in contact with was professional, friendly and very polite. They arrived on time, got the job done and cleaned everything up when finished. I appreciate that they took the time to show me everything and explain the new thermostat and make sure it was set right before they left. 5 stars for sure and I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling job you have. You won’t be sorry or over charged.

Very thorough in their work went through everything with me on what it would take to redo my furnace in the garage and did a basic maintenance on my furnace in the house and the air conditioning system to make sure everything was in working order. They are awesome and would highly recommend them!!!

George is very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions or provide recommendations. He keeps the maintenance up on our unit and is great to give us reminders. He not only performs the work but explains what he is doing and offers cost saving suggestions.

So responsive. Called and was at my house in 45 min on a Friday night. I have relief on this 90 degree Saturday. George was very professional and took the time to explain what was going on. I signed up for the maintenance program because of the great service. Thanks George.

Had a furnace and ac installed.Everything was excellent(cost,product,installation).George and crew were great.Would recommend if you need any HVAC work done.

When we turned our air conditioning on for the first time this year in late May's 80+ degree weather, we found out that it wasn't working properly. We called Comfort Tech Heating and Air Conditioning right away and George fit us in the next day, a Friday starting the Memorial Day weekend. He quickly figured out the cause of our system not functioning correctly and explained everything throughly. Unfortunately it wasn't a part that anyone would have on hand at the time of a service call or estimate, but he ordered it and scheduled our repairs before he left us. George was back the following week to make the repair. He was efficient, through, and informative of what he was doing throughout the process. Once the repair was completed, he stayed until he was sure that our air was 100% operational and our house temperature was cooling at a rate that it should have been. Before he left, we signed up for the annual maintenance schedule to ensure we prevent any future problems before they arise. Thanks George!

George and his team came out almost immediately when my AC stopped working. They diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options to fix the ac unit. Overall very friendly and had the best price on the work we had done. Won’t use anyone but comfort heating for all our hvac needs.
