Failed to show up for an appointment. Never appeared, didn't call.

Had an appointment last Friday . Never showed up or even called to cancel.

They were available to come out to my office same day! Excellent service; they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. They’re genuinely nice people who do great work!

Martin electric is an absolute horrible company to deal with. Last week (6-13-18) I developed a power outage going out to my shop. I called Martin electric they explain to me it would be no big deal to put a line tracer on it and find the short however I either had to pay the emergency fee or I had to schedule an appointment not wanting to waste any extra money I schedule the appointment for Tuesday 6-18-18 Marty informed me that I would have to be at home to show him where the power line was I took the day off of work and was waiting for Martin electric to show up something gave me a feeling to call them and see what time they were going to show up at that point the receptionist told me they're busy with other customers that don't have power and I would now have to wait till Thursday before they could get out although here I am trying to be a customer that's been without power for a week most likely they're one of the scamming companies that if I would have paid them the premium rate I would have got service I recommend going with a more reputable company then Martin Electric

Had 2 issues at home. Called Marty and he had his service people at the house within an hour and service up and running within the next hour. Prompt, efficient and quality work. Definitely recommend!

Had a GFI and standard plug on outside of house go bad. GLIC electrical sent out a fine young man to troubleshoot and repair them. His name was Xaven. He has restored my faith in young people again. Very professional, attentive to details from me, and most respectful. A rare trait in today's world. Worked thru the rusted screws and wiring to fix and replace receptacles. Clean up after was thorough and professional.
I would not hesitate to call again if electrical issues arise in future.

John worked with me and collaborated to have the right staff for the job. He kept me updated on what to expect. Xaven and Cody very thorough finding what the electrical problems I was having at my home. Xaven
checked voltage of all three electric boxes. They were able to determine the problem and fix it. It was a difficult job but they able to fix the problems. I would highly recommend this company.

I had Glic do two different electrical projects this week. Eric and his helper were excellent with switching out my breaker box and upgrading me to 200 amps. Ian came a few days later to do some work with my outlets. Everyone was extremely friendly and did an excellent job.

Mike Paquette came earlier today, started and completed services as described.
Cleaned up and explained all he did.
Service was easy to schedule and stayed in contact with me letting me know when they were coming

Glic has helped me out several times in the past. They’ve arrived when they said they would, sent out an electrician as requested, took care of my problems and away they went on to the next job. The people they’ve sent out were very knowledgeable and completed the job in a quick manor. I would recommend them in the highest regard to anyone.

We contacted GLIC Electrical for a rush job and Mike Paquette was punctual, professional and completed all work in less than 8 hours. I have already referred the company to friends. I would definitely use this company again.
