They came out for a doorbell problem. The doorbell camera wasn’t connecting to my phone. They checked all the wiring and unfortunately it was the doorbell system because all the wiring was good. They were early for the appointment, the electrician was very thorough and explained everything. Very polite. I would highly recommend and if another electrical problem comes up, they will be my first call.

All the employees were very friendly. They had a bumpy start having to reschedule and then machine broke down which is why the 4 stars. However, once they got started they were very thorough and explained everything to us so we understand what they were doing and how to operate everything. I would highly recommend them

Timely response to Angie inquiry and available within 48 hours. Completed mast pole replacement in a timely manner. Dan P & Angel M explained what they were doing and were very efficient. Would definitely use this company again.

Paid to have a complete electrical panel replaced with labeling of the circuits along with replacement of some outdoor outlets. Showed up late multiple times without any response. Bad quality work. Left me without water after they left and even called the emergency line after hours with no response. Work started 5/17/24 and not “complete” until 6/2. Found after work was “done” their fix was not done right. I spent over 3k for their services and it was a waste of every penny. Will not recommend to anyone.

Don't walk run away. Call anyone else. It will be cheaper and done correctly. Don't bother leaving a bad review they figured out a way to get them taken down.

Luke came out gave me an estimate, explained everything that would be done. He answered all my questions so that I could understand and we even talked about future projects that I have planned. He completed the job in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional. Yes I do plan on calling them again when I’m ready for my other projects.

When we moved into our home there was some botched DIY electrical jobs done. After years of sitting on it we had GLIC come out and they fixed them all really fast. Their electrician was very friendly, and went the extra mile to help out. - ND

This was a Home Serve (Home Warranty) claim. Dan did an excellent job on correcting the kitchen sink light and garbage disposal switches that was created by a previous contractor.
Dan was professional and very friendly which made me comfortable of having him doing the work in my home.

Dan Prater did an excellent job. Very nice job routing wires for new circuits, neat and orderly, very thoughal. Very easy to work with, very patient and very knowledgeable. What was anticipated to be "an all day job" by his supervisor was in fact completed in about one-third of the time. He even cleaned up after finishing. I would rate him higher than five stars - more like ten and would ask for him by name if we need additional work.

We had the pleasure of Cody and Jevaughn coming out. They communicated respectfully and kindly every step of the way; not only to us, but one another. Most importantly they got the job done and in just a few short hours. Grateful for their patience, kindness, and skill. :)

My job was really a small job… spoke to the agent. He was friendly and helpful even though I didn’t go with his company. What great electricians! Kind folk who came to our aid to fix an electrical socket we thought was dead. However, it wasn’t dead - there was no clear reason what happened that it had been without power! And was now functioning normally. Yes, they charged full amount to advise the socket had power. But what absolutely great people who gave peace of mind to a tenuous situation.👍❣️😇

Called with an emergency, Kellie got me scheduled in immediately even though they were fully booked. Even though it ended up being a very simple issue, the tech explained what happened and helped me finish the job. Out of the 6 places I called, they were the only ones to actually help me out.

Dan & Eric came out to assist with the wiring for an electrical box for our garbage disposal. They were extremely friendly and professional while here. They even paid extra attention to lock the front door behind them if going back and forth to the truck for tools because we mentioned that our Great Dane puppy has discovered how to open front door and let her run away husky sister out. That small piece of awareness and personal touch while they were here was much much appreciated! I’m not an electrician, but the electrical box was placed in a logical spot, works great and they didn’t leave a mess behind ◡̈

3 weeks ago we had a breaker go out during a storm. It only tripped one breaker that connects to our son and daughters bedrooms. We contacted our insurance and they told us to find a local electrician to come out. We called GLIC and had an appt scheduled for Tuesday. In the meantime we had our commercial electrician friend come over to see if he could address the problem. In one hour he had it figured out that it was some wire between two outlets in our daughters room. He turned off power to these two outlets so we would have half power in our children’s rooms. Fast forward to Tuesday we explain what our friend found to the electrician. He took FIVE hours to tell me he found that it is between those two outlets and he is “stumped” and can’t figure out what was wrong. He was apologetic but I was so devastated that he just ran the bill up for 5 hours and NOTHING was fixed. We were told they would work with our insurance and we would not be charged. They called yesterday to charge our card and we declined and said it is being handled with our insurance. I woke up to today to check bank statements and without permission they charged $700 to our card. I am so upset. We still don’t have full power to both of our children’s rooms and now we are out $700 and going to have to find another electrician. Absolutely devastating and would never recommend this company!

We recently had 15 ceiling lights replaced with LED’s. We had purchased the wrong style light and the 2 electricians that came out Kam and Bob went out of their way to get the job done. Kam made a trip to replace the lights we had purchased. Which we greatly appreciated. Bob explained the issue. They removed the old and replaced with the new. They were efficient, careful to not leave any mess and told us to let them know if there was anything we were unhappy with. We are elders and so appreciate trustworthy and easy to work with support. We would use this company and again. And highly recommend Kam and Bob.
