Mason & his team at RiverFront Lawncare & Landscaping are wonderful! I found the company last fall when I needed help with leaf clean up. This Spring/Summer my husband hurt his back and couldn’t cut the grass. RiverFront L&L cut out grass each week. It was so nice coming home each Monday to a beautiful yard. I of course used them again for Fall leaf clean up. Their pricing is fair and their work is fantastic. I also appreciate being able to pay with Venmo. I will certainly be using them again in the future!

Mason and team at RiverFront Lawncare and Landscaping did an excellent job upgrading our landscaping this year. They removed a stump for us, laid new edge stone around our beds, planted new bushes, and spread mulch. Mason is great to work with and very responsive with reasonable prices. After the initial landscaping was complete, we were so happy we had them do another job then mow and edge for the rest of the season. Very highly recommend!

Working with Mason is an exceptional experience! We have used his company for creating new landscaping beds and two homes. He also did a large amount of grading and seeding at our new property. He is professional and when he leaves everything is clean as though no one was there. His suggestions and ideas are always helpful. We will continue to use him for any and all landscaping needs!

Working with river front lawn care landscaping was a positive experience. We used them for landscaping in our backyard. It was easy to obtain a quote and they were easy to communicate with in regards to making changes. They were timely, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up nicely. What stood out the most was their customer service - they aimed to please the customer and above all were conscientious workers. Would recommend to others, and in fact would use again.

If I could I would give them more than five stars! They did beautiful work laying the stone in my landscape . They took care of all of the little plants that were just coming up. They had to work in the rain and we're very mindful of my yard and everything they had to deal with getting to the flower beds. There manners were top scoring with me! I can't wait to invite them back for the next phase. Thanks again guys!

Mason and his crew did a great job with our landscape project! We wanted all our current landscape removed and upgraded and it looks great! Mason was quick and efficient with communication. Would highly recommend them! The before and after photos highlight their work well.

RiverFront Lawn and Landscaping will be the only comply I ever use for landscaping. Mason and his crew were awesome! I hired them for an excavation job along with some grading work. They went above and beyond! They dug out an old retaining wall, and regraded my front lawn perfectly. They also re seeded and put fresh top soil down. They also noticed that my old flower bed needed new topsoil, and re freshened up my flower bed without even being asked. All of this at a very reasonable price. I have nothing but great things to say about them.

Recent had Sean and his crew over for a big landscape job at my home in Perrysburg. They were timely, openly communicated, and would recommend to anyone based on the final product and communication throughout the process.

Hired this company to level an area in my backyard. They send a new guy who has never leveled an area before. They said they would remove the top layer of grass but instead the new guy brought out a roto tiller and just mixed it up into the dirt. They did not pack the dirt or bring in more dirt where needed. I have been very polite with this company and they continue to avoid my email and text messaging. Next step is small claims court. Owner blocked me from reviewing on Facebook. My generation has a name for sensitive people like him that cant take criticism. I will keep that to myself. Shameful they will not fix what they did not do correctly.

Sean is very punctual and professional. Prices are very reasonable and he is conscience of HOA rules, your requests, changes, and recommendations. Would highly recommend for your landscaping/yard work.

Always a great experience. These guys helped me last minute with my overgrown flower beds. They did an excellent job. I also contacted them quite late in the season to help me with my lawn. Most companies will not pick up new clients that late in the season but they helped me out the same week. I would highly recommend using them.

I've been using Crandell for 3 years now for leaf cleanup. This year's experience has been horrible. In Oct we advised Sean we would be using them again this year and that we would only need one clean up, that we would call them when ready. On Nov 14th my wife called Sean to discss when they would be done with leaf clean-up for the year since not all of our leaves have dropped yet. Sean never called back, instead sent a text message, that his crews for leaf clean up were going to be done the following week. Sean advised that they would be here Tuesday/Wednesday the following week. On Nov 20th nearing 5:00 PM, Sean sends my wife a text message asking when our 1st City leaf pickup was going to be because they are running behind because of the weather. My wife told him, it already took place, no rush, we just need it done before they are done with leaf clean-ups. On Fruiday (Nov 23) we received a text that they were on their way and we would need to move our cars. When they arrived the dogs were inside and the cars were moved out of the way. Three guys were here for 30 minutes, not all of the leaves were cleaned up before they left and the flower beds were not touched. My wife called Sean as soon as we realized they were leaving and his response was " I thought we were doing another clean-up for you this years and we don't have time to do it, we could of been there another 20 minutes". He refused to come back and do the job the proper way. My wife forwarded to him the text message from Oct 9th indicating we were only doing one clean-up this year and no response from Sean. Additionally, if there crews were going to be done for the season this past week, how did he think there was going to be another clean-up. When my wife told him, we would not be using them next year because of this Sean's response was "ok". He no longer cares about his return customers. Very poor customer service!

Sean was wonderful to work with. He made the process quick and painless through great communication and timely responses. The team was on time, easy to work with and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Last year, I spent several thousand dollars with Sean and was very pleased with his work. (I even left a glowing review) I just contacted him for a small weed-pulling job and he said he would put me on schedule in 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks came and went, we did it ourselves. He showed up the next day out of the blue, no fore-warning/phone call and expected to work with no consideration of my schedule. He was apologetic about the lack of fore-warning and left so I thought that was the end of it until he sent me a bill for $80! I contested the bill, via e-mail and text immediately because I thought it was an error until he sent me a terse e-mail telling me to “look up the labor laws” and “enjoy”. This does not seem in character for him, so I am assuming that whoever does his billing decided to play hardball without all of the facts. In any case, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, and short-sighted.

Do not use this company. My neighbor had them come out to put down top soil and grass seed. They seeded alright nothing but weeds. Did they come back out to try and fix this?? No.

Called Sean to see if he would take me on as a short-term client. He responded immediately. He and his crew do great work, they treat your lawn like to was their own. Prompt, dependable, neat!
