Extremely happy with Crandall's. We had river rock laid around our above ground pool and not only was it done quickly, but it was done very well. Sean was also very prompt with getting out to estimate us and then getting us on his schedule. Our project was done within 30 days of him coming to estimate for us. Highly recommend.

Sean and his crew did an fantastic job. He came right out for an estimate after we contacted him. While we had to wait a bit to get on the calendar because of their schedule and our vacation, they showed up the day after we got home and redid all of our front landscaping in one day. His 2 guys were awesome! The rock ended up being a little thin, but after one text message Sean came out himself the next day to fix it. Everything looks great and we’ve gotten tons of compliments! I would recommend them to anyone!

Hands down would recommend Sean and his crew for any landscaping project! They completed our landscape with paver stones- and we have received so many compliments! Sean responds right away to my messages, the crew showed up when they said they would and worked hard until the job was done. Everything was completely cleaned up when they left, no mess. Sean is very knowledgeable about plants and trees. He went above and beyond to find us a particular bush that was hours away! I can't say enough good things. Wish I would have called them sooner!

Crandalls crew did an amazing job on my yard. Not one single weed! And it looks better than it has in years. I have used several other companies in the past and Crandalls by far has done the best work.

I fired this guy back in 2024, and not long after, my entire yard looked like it had been chemically bombed—my grass was completely destroyed. I wouldn’t even be posting this if I hadn’t talked to several other people who also hired him, had similar problems, and ended up firing him too. Turns out I’m not the only one. Some of them even said their yards were damaged right after they let him go.

This man is a total fraud. He will lie straight to your face and twist the story to make it seem like you’re the problem when his work is sloppy or your plants start dying. I stayed quiet for a while because, honestly, I was worried about retaliation—others have said the same. But at some point, someone has to speak up. I wouldn’t trust him with a single thing in your yard.

Look, I’m not one to write reviews, but this guy’s got me fired up. We signed a contract for weekly lawn mowing, plain and simple. Half the time, he didn’t show up. I called him out on it, said I was done with his service, and what does he do? A few days later, my yard’s got these ugly brown burns all over it—like someone dumped chemicals or sprayed something nasty. My grass is toast!
I did some digging, and turns out I’m not the only one this guy’s done dirty. Check his reviews; it’s a pattern. I’m seriously thinking about taking this to court, and if you’ve had a similar experience, you ought to speak up too. Leave a review, let people know. This guy can’t keep getting away with wrecking folks’ yards. Save your money and hire someone else! Picture is on his photo album on google

Our salon is forever grateful for their services! Our lawn is kept clean cut and looking professional. We even have deep rooted weeds that they remove .. this company goes the extra mile and it shows.

Excellent workmanship. Crandalls performed repair work on my house during the off season. The crew working on my house explained in detail the work they were performing, and did it promptly and cleaned up the work site each day. I will hire them again.

We purchased a new home right before the holidays and were hoping to get a fence installed before we moved in with our puppy. Sean was on it! He knew from our first conversation how important the timing was to us and was out at the property the day after we closed. With Ohio weather being so unpredictable in the winter, a few obstacles were thrown their way, along with the Christmas holiday, but Sean and his crew were immediately back at it as soon as they could finish the job. We absolutely love our backyard and so does our puppy! We can’t recommend Crandall’s Quality Landscaping enough. They get the job done, and they get it done right!

Sean and his team can always be counted on to do great work. I have had landscaping work done, weekly mowing service and repair jobs around the house, including a full gut and remodel of my bathroom - all done in a timely manner with high quality and great communication.

This company did repairs to my home prior to me moving in. They also built a fence that I frequently receive compliments on due to the quality of the work. The work Sean (owner) and his crew does is top notch and the company stands behind it’s work. I also use Crandall Landscaping to mow my grass every week and the mowing crew does excellent job. I have contracted with them to do my snow removal in the winter too I highly recommend this company.

Before and after of arborvitae’s. These died within 6 months of having them. He has no warranty with his trees. He refused to answer my call to discuss options and even refused to come pull them out. He planted a large amount of these and they are all dead. He came across as professional when he planted them but once an issues arose he became very rude and condescending.
He made off with $4000 from me.

We have used Crandall’s Quality Landscaping for the past four years for everything from weekly mowing, Spring/Fall cleanup and landscape design to installing a back fence with gate and it’s always quality work and great service. We really appreciate the fact that Sean and his crew pay attention to weather and adjust to make sure our yard is mowed weekly unlike other companies that skip you for the week if there’s inclement weather on your mow day. Sean is always quick to respond and he and his crews are easy to work with and happy to answer any questions. Definitely quality work for a reasonable price.

The difference from the beginning to the finished product is quite amazing. Sean and his team did a fantastic job of carting away/cleaning out overgrown, neglected spaces and installed a clean, crisp landscape. Sean provided a new design, following HOA requirements, and accomplished the design from start to finish. We are truly pleased with the value and quality.
