I called Swangs Qaulity Carpet Cleaning today to discuss possibly hiring them for a few jobs I have going on in Ohio local to them and before I could even let them know what I was looking for the lady that answered the phone told me she wasn't interested and hung up the phone. They just lost a couple large jobs because of this. Very Rude

I'm giving this 1 star because I can't give it 0 stars. This business has no office that it works out of. One guy does all the cleaning and his mother schedules all of his appointments. This is barely a legitimate business and his "secretary" is so rude. It doesn't seem like he keeps any kind of records of his jobs. I don't trust his judgement.

Mixed experience for my carpet and tile grout cleaning with this company. The price they told me when I booked over a month in advance actually turned out to be three times higher. I was told at booking I would receive a confirmation call the week of the service and I received no call - had to reach out via Facebook Messenger to verify he was actually coming the scheduled day, since we were moving all the furniture ourselves. The carpets were done very quickly and higher traffic areas were not able to be cleaned I was told. A couple stain spots still remained after the carpets dried. The biggest challenge was the tile grout - overall it turned out cleaner than before, however this was at the expense of what I believe was his tool causing some marks on my light colored porcelain tile and I spent over an hour after he left, cleaning all the grout cleaning splatters off my baseboards, walls and cabinets. Will not use this service again.

We hired them to clean 4 average size rooms plus a walk-in closet. He had it done in less than 1/2 hour. We were home while it was being done. After he left, my husband and I didn’t feel it was clean. My husband used our Bissell carpet cleaner and did all the rooms over. It took him 3 hours. The water was FILTHY - we knew our carpets were dirty but expected them to be clean when Swangs was finished. I called the business number later that day and have not heard anything back after the following day. Attached are pictures of our water after we cleaned the carpet ourselves.

So awesome to have clean fresh carpets and upholstery! We had 2 couches, 5 chairs, 2 ottomans and a settee cleaned in addition to 4 throw rugs. It is like a whole new house!
