My mother is 80 yrs old. She spent ALOT of money on leaf filter guards and eves. We were told several times that they would come out and clean them out if the get clogged twice a year for free.Well last year they said they charge $95 to come out. Also we were having problems with water over flowing over the edges so they charged us again to put corner guards on. Now its worse. Piles of leaves catch in these areas and water cant get down the spouts. This is wrong to do to to our elderly. We want something done. The lady at the Maumee office was very rude today when mom called. I will do what is needed to make this public and get this false advertising put to a stop. Dont use this Company.

Terrible customer support after initial sale. They want to charge $95 to come out to the house. Called them multiple times to report that the gutter was not handling water in storms properly and overflowing. Now we have house damage because of it.

We had an exceptional experience with the sales rep (John) and the installer (David). Both were extremely knowledgeable about their product and explained in detail why Leaf Filter is the way to go for keeping gutters clear of debris.

Called leafFilter on Wednesday an a sales agent came to my home Thursday, he went over everything the company was going to do,also showed me the difference in there products compared to the others. I agreed to let them do the work, a worker came to the home the following morning (David was very good at his job...Will let everyone know if you need gutter guards call LeafFilter. Great job..

The installer you sent to install the Leaf Filter was VERY knowledgeable and VERY personable and friendly. Very smart and we had a great time talking to him. I would highly recommend this particular installer to my family and friends.

Very professional with a fantastic product. I’d rate Leaf Filter a five for the insulation and service. Overall I rate them a four star only because I believe we could have gotten a better price. Saying that, we’re very happy with the finished product. After reading a number of reviews, it does sound like there are issues with service after installation. I hope this isn’t a pattern of potential problems down the road.

I was very impressed with the rep who did my estimate. She was really knowledgeable about gutter systems and very personable. I was very impressed with the LeafFilter gutter guard design details. The work was all done professionally by one technician in about six hours. I was very satisfied with the quality of the job.

John from Leaf Filter spent a lot of time going over everything having to do with their product. We were very impressed with him and the product. Husband being a retired carpenter said they have really come a long way where gutters are concerned. We feel this is an exceptional product and recommend Leaf Filter. Brad Hoover examined our gutters and provided a detailed explaination of the leaf filter system and advantages as well as a free no pressure estimate. The installer cleaned all the gutters and down spouts and provided photos of the gutters before and after the leaf filters were installed. He was respectful of the property and cleaned up everything before leaving. Very satisfied with the process.

I was actually impressed with the responsiveness - from the time I reached out to having them installed - all within 24 hours. The salesman, John, was very informative to which I did not feel pressure whatsoever. Moreover, the installers showed on time, worked from the time they pulled in to the drive till they left. Overall, very happpy, no complants whatsoever. I'll now have peace of mind each time it rains.

Highly recommend this team for your exterior power washing and soft wash cleaning needs. They recently applied an exterior house wash and pressure washed my concrete patio to look like new. Very easy to work with and were professional from start to finish.
