Servpro of Toledo Southwest was great ! I can't say enough positive things about Nathan and his crew. Our basement flooded,and we were given Servpro 's name by a friend. In less than a week and a half the entire process was finished. Nathan went over everything about what was going to be done and the cost. He was very professional, polite, and answered every question. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this service.

Servpro is an amazing company with outstanding customer service. Their management / mitigation team was lead by Nathan Christman along with his crew Lorena and Luis are second to none. They have excellent communication and they have always stood at the ready when ever we have called with questions.

I had a gentleman Erie hobson come and sit down with and explain my opinion and said in about a week his manager Rob kolb would get a hold of me and go over all the numbers.no sooner than a week later his roofers had tornboff and reroofed my house in one day and did an amazing job with two days the gutters were being hung I would highly recommend BCS Consulting looking for a new roof. Horrible contractor. Put in a new roof for me in November 2014 since then the roof has been leaking. Trying to get a hold of them and they do not respond to phone calls or texts. Still have not repaired the roof yet. I also paid them $1000.00 as a down payment to fix the interior and they took the money and ran away. I cannot get a hold of them to do any work. I have hired an attorney to take them to court and deal with this company. Beware of them. Do not do any business with them. If you do business with them make sure you inspect their work before you pay them and never give them any advances.

BCS is a professional company that handled my roofing problem very well. The job was finished in two days, the roof looks great and all scrap and residue was cleaned up. I recommend this company to anyone.

I made the mistake of going with this small company instead of a larger reputable company, especially since it would have cost me the exact same for the exact same work. They sucked me in by telling me they could get more covered by my insurance than other companies which they ended up not getting any extra covered in the end. They told me her or Rob would come back and do a walk around but they needed the rest of my payment before she could make it out. Never saw them again or the referal money they promised for referring my neighbor to them. I found a large coffee can worth of nails around my house after the job. After they left I had 2 leaks in my ceilings. I would use their "warentee" but I couldnt trust them after this whole mess and bad blood. My neighbor had gutter helmet installed with a lifetime warantee. They had gutter helmet come remove the gutters and they gave bcs printed instructions of how to install the roof so they could properly reinstall the gutters after. BCS installed the roof wrong and would not come fix it to make it right. I came on here to see reviews and saw all great reviews before I went with them. Hopefully i can keep other people from making the same mistake. Just be smart and go with a better, bigger, more reputable company.

BCS Consulting, LLC really helped me out. My insurance company didn't want to replace my roof after a damaging storm. Rob from BCS stepped in and got my claim taken care of. I had a nice new roof shortly after. Thanks BCS!

My neighbors roof was done by bcs and she told me to call them to see if I had storm damage because they replaced her roof for $1000. I called and a gentleman named Sari Rahman came out and looked at my roof and said it looked like we had storm damage. He was very professional and answered all my questions about how this works. After their inspection they met with an adjuster from my insurance company and they got my roof covered! I only had to pay my deductible. The roofers did a great job and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

Highly Recommend BCS Consulting for roofing; they worked with my insurance company, helped move the project along, and in the end, completed the tear-off and replacement in ONE DAY. Did a great job with cleanup; dumpster was gone in a day, leftover shingles in two days. No issues with the roof; very pleased with their work.

Had BCS Consulting replace my roof. Everything was perfect. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. 2 months later, my kitchen ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I called BCS and they immediately dispatched a gentleman to come take a look. The moisture was actually caused by an exhaust fan in my bathroom and completely unrelated to my roof. The guy from BCS properly ventilated the fan and charged me nothing for the work. Great people!!!

They insulated attics, mended gas fireplaces, cleaned chimneys, fixed roofs, and controlled vermin. They also cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent. Every staff member was punctual, diligent, and professional. The lead contractor came in each day to make sure we were happy and everything was in compliance with the code. Our home appears safer, cleaner, and more effective. I really recommend them if you want things done right the first time. A+!

I recently had leaf filters installed at my primary resident. The salesman Alde was a friendly guy and assured me that they are the best seamless gutter company in existence. I then scheduled and had the installation the following week. The Installers arrived and began installation. They were very friendly and one of the workers had his young son helping. We talked and laughed until I noticed the soffit they were installing were very clean on one side but filthy on the other side. I asked his son to see it and he hesitated until I asked him to turn it over. He then flipped them, and I saw they had painted my old soffit and was reusing them. I immediately was upset and said, "I paid for new material so why are you using the old material?" "He said the company didn't order enough stock" I said why didn't you tell me what you were doing?" "You are taking advantage of me, and I don't appreciate it!" He made a phone call and said they will be back the next day with new material. They did return and replaced with new material. I wanted and inspection to be sure that the rest of the home was new material. I called the Maumee office and spoke with Katlyn. She scheduled me for 4-6pm inspection. Bruce called back and said, "inspections are only done in the A.M". I said, "I work" He said "they will only come out in the morning." I scheduled the appointment for 8am and asked for corporate number. Jack said I cannot speak with corporate and when I called the corporate number it sends me to Maumee, Ohio office. I'm not satisfied with the shiesty behavior of this company or their contracted workers. They are in this together the lack of concern when you call to complain. I will be pursuing this issue to be sure no one else is taken advantage of. Please share story.
