Chris, Lorena, Fabiana, Luis, Gaston, and Dean were great! Terrible situation to be in, but they handled it with professionalism and made this part as stress free as possible, given the circumstances.

Dean very professional, explained details of cleanup thoroughly. Ruben, head of cleanup crew, professional , respectful, and checked on the ongoing process. The crew, Daniel, Victoria and Ronnie were diligent and quiet, was an awesome job. Sorry I forgot the schedulers name. She kept me calm, and made sure they would get the job done. Thank you Servpro for all your hard work.

The team included Dean as the project manager, and Daniel, Jesus, Will and Cody. They were all very nice and professional. They came on time and did a thorough job. I was provided with a detailed written estimate that listed out every detail of what would be done with the cost. They also got here within a few hours after I noticed the water. Would use again!

The team did an awesome job at the Wolf Creek. Apts Very professional, prompt service, and excellent work. John was a pleasure to talk with and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed! Looks 10x better than expected. I would highly recommend this company, really helped relieve the stress we had been under after a major disaster.

THE best workers bar none!! When our basement flooded last year, they turned a bad experience into a good outcome. They took all the worry away and they cleaned and repaired everything quickly and efficiently. That kind of response is unheard of in this area for home construction.
To top it off, they were very nice, respectable and conscientious people. Every detail was attended to and they were eager to please.

made everything stress free. Nate was a great representative of the company and showed integrity and accountability through the entire process. I hope to never have something like this happen again, but if it did I would call for Nate.

I have been less than satisfied with the service I've received from Servpro. My Mom's hot water heater sprung a leak and there was major flooding in Mid Oct. It's now been 5 months... 5 MONTHS... and the work has yet to be completed. I have been taking pictures of the house every day since 12/31/23 and there has been nothing at all done during this time. I've talked to Dan, the reconstruction manager and he has been mostly unresponsive. I've had to call multiple times to get through to him, even though I've left messages asking to have my call returned. I've left him text messages which have gone unanswered (he was the one who first texted, so I know he has access to texts). As I understand it, they're waiting on a finish carpenter to work on the cabinets, but after this long (5 months) they should have either pressed the carpenter to finish the work or hired another carpenter to do it. Regardless, even though they have the replacement carpet and flooring, they have not even started the work on that. Since the flooring for the kitchen is rolled vinyl, there's no reason they couldn't have done that and the replacement carpet in the living room and hallway. As a matter of fact, doing the kitchen flooring now, before the cabinets are installed, would make the process easier and faster, as you wouldn't need to cut around the cabinets.

All in all, I have been completely dissatisfied with the service provided. There's no sense of urgency and a serious lack of respect when it comes to communicating with the customer. I could never, in good conscience, ever recommend Servpro to anyone.

I had a small flood in my kitchen and laundry room due to a bad pipe. Servpro
came in they had fans to dry the rooms and dehumidifiers. They removed the damage floors and cupboards. And worked with me to get everything replaced. They did an excellent job and I will recommend them to friends and family. And I will use them again in the event I have another emergency.

I cannot say enough about the people at Servpro! We had sewage leaking into our crawlspace from a pipe. Servpro came out quickly and took care of the issue. They dealt with the insurance agency and made everything so much easier. Gaston was amazing and very profressional. He stayed in constant contact with me.

Nathan, Project Manager with ServPro, provided the mitigation for a very challenging time for us. He is professional yet friendly and compassionate. His explanations of what to expect each step of the way were thorough, clear, and accurate. Project Manager Ruben and his team did an excellent job and completed their work in a timely manner. When we had a supply line to a toilet
In our house break, Gaston Concha and his crew responded quickly to our call and worked for hours to remove standing water and begin the drying process. Over the next weeks Chris and team worked to tear out and dry the damaged and wet floors and walls in the hall and 3 bedrooms. Nathan Chrisman was an asset as we navigated damage and reconstruction estimates. Wayne Hubbard was our construction estimator. We have been very pleased with both the work done and the professionalism of the whole Servpro team.

Servpro came out to restore our basement after it flooded. I cannot express enough on the wonderful job they did. From removing the carpet to cutting out drywall and making sure the dampness preventing mold or bacteria. They also removed and disposed of anything damaged or wet. Gaston, the gentleman that I worked with was outstanding. He was quick to answer my calls with any questions I had as well as being courteous and respectful at all times. Servo has a very valuable in Gaston. Thank you, Gaston, as well as his team and Servpro. for an excellent job.

Wow, we started out on the wrong foot early in the damage restoration process. After meeting with some of their top workers, we decided to move forward since they promised the best team. I wasn’t expecting much but under Jeremy West’s supervision, we had a stunning restoration take place in our home using Servpro. Jeremy brought in John to help manage while Scott and Krystal worked their professional magic. The transformation of the damage restoration was beyond our expectations. This Servpro team was always kind and professional. As they progressed on the lengthy restoration, we were able to have constructive discussions that created a trust and friendship. My wife and I are glad to see that quality work and integrity still mean something to Servpro. Thanks to Jeremy, Scott, and Krystal for helping during our restoration and their beautiful craftsmanship.

We had a water leak and the damage was too much for us to handle ourselves. The insurance company sent Servpro out. They were excellent. The demo'd three rooms. I never saw them carry out a single piece of drywall, plywood or bag of trash. That's how smooth they were. Our life outside of these three rooms was completely unaffected. At the end of each work day, they didn't leave a single spec of dust behind. They also sealed off the rooms so no other rooms were affected or got dirty, and made sure plastic was put down on the floors so nothing would get damaged or dirty. I would highly recommend Toledo Servpro.
