While Dan and his crew were all quite lovely people the final services rendered were not at the level of craftsmanship I expected. The tile work, electrical and fixture installation is quite good. The finish elements leave something to be desired. Drywall finish is wavy in corners, baseboards were mounted at an angle and not properly cut in corners. The newly tiled floor grout was not properly covered prior to sanding of walls so the grout is three different shades of white to grey depending on how much dust fell. He claimed that the floors/walls were not level despite his opportunities to level them if they weren't. He also said grout is porous and will pick up dust, which sure it will but I expected it would be a few years not before the bathroom was finished. I was quite happy with the progress until the final week when everything seemed to drop off and the overall quality suffered.

edit 1: yes, Dan and I spoke a few times during the process. The re-install of the second vanity was billed, if you feel there was more labor involved that was not accounted for I would be happy to settle any debt. The single item I recall asking not to be charged for was the repair attempt to correct the wonky walls and baseboard as I pointed those out as deficient. The result of those corrections is in the attached pictures, do you feel this is reflective of the quality of work you produce?

Love the work done for me. I spend my most of my summer poolside on my beautiful deck built by Dan and his crew. His business partner and wife, Tosha is the absolute best!!! Thanks for all that you do with your business and also your community support partition. Grateful to you both. 🎉👍🏼💙

The Keenan Company just finished up working in our home, and we are definitely happy with the results. They painted our entire house and did some plumbing and electrical work. Pat and Jeff in particular did a wonderful job the entire time and were friendly and kind. As the project was nearing completion, they welcomed our requests for some touch ups and ensured that all of the requests were addressed. While the project took quite a bit longer than we had expected, this was in part our fault for not asking more questions about the anticipated duration of the work initially. Just would recommend clarifying that information up front.

Overall, we would recommend using this company, and in fact, we are having them do a yard project for us soon.

Dan and his son did a wonderful job installing the backsplash tile in our kitchen. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Excellent job! This was my first-time using Keenan Co. and I’ll absolutely be calling them for future projects. I had a relatively small job that had the potential of becoming a large problem. They immediately called me back and quickly scheduled an appointment to check it out and provide me with an estimate and a creative fix. Tosha and Dan are both very responsive and courteous. They keep me informed of their work schedule, arrive as scheduled and stayed within their estimated job cost. I would highly recommend using them again. Great, local company.

This is an amazing company and I would definitely recommend them. Everyone was professional, reliable, friendly and helpful. I just had 2 bathrooms done and Miguel was amazing. He is so talented and meticulous with every detail of his work and I will definitely call them again. The price was very reasonable and definitely worth it. Angel and Rob replaced 2 ceiling fans in my home yesterday. They were on time, friendly and knew what they were doing. Despite some issues with the fans, they were patient, smart, and figured out solutions to each challenge. I am planning on having Keenan Company install exterior railings on stairs up to my doors also. I really wish I had known about them before I had other projects done at my home!

We needed extensive repairs to the ceiling in our century home. The repairs are complete, and we love the finished product. The installers and office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish.

Slim coat walls
First I hired them because I wanted smooth walls . The texture was so thick , Dan quoted me fast within 2 weeks they was working on my house . Jeremy is the goat of skim coating my walls are sooooo smooth and beautiful . Thank you to Jeff& Lorenzo for coming and helping him with the finishing touches.

This company came recommended to me and they seem like decent people, but I definitely have regrets.

They made my backyard patio (minus the pergola) look good, but less than a year later and the deck they put in is splitting apart at multiple places including the handrails, deck boards, and stairs. It looks like an incomplete and rushed job. For example, no sanding was done on any boards, so every spot a screw was drilled in would put splinters in your hand if you ran your hand over it.

When I brought this damage to their attention they offered to fix it at their usual labor rate, plus cost of materials rather than make good on it. So rather than pay for the same job twice, I hired another company to fix it and to do the next round of renovations for my house.

I’m sure many people have had better experiences with this company, but this was my first major home renovation and it is not what I’d hoped or paid for. If you do work with them, make sure you inspect the work closely and ask lots of questions along the way.
