I used Mars' new online website to order Leviton parts. It was by far one of the best customer experiences I have ever had with an online retailer. For starters, their pricing was lower than anywhere else online for the part I needed. The site was extremely easy to navigate and place the order. The shipment left their store the next day. I had communication sent and received all the way through the process with their customer service associate Corbin, from after placing the order, to after shipping, and even a follow-up to make sure I received the order and to see if I was happy. If 10 stars was an option here, they would have it from me!

Pathetic service, they can't even get a normal order right. The mars in medina, ohio is the absolute worst, laziest store they have and Mayfield coming up in second. Not reliable on getting your material together and sales associates aren't firmiliar with the stock or it's use.

Incredible customer service! Had some difficulties with a small parts order but they corrected my mistake and shipped same day.

Patrick was the gentleman at the counter. It is not fair to give him ONLY 5 stars. He is by far a 10 star worker. I am a small-time contractor there are only three of us on staff. These guys were great. Very reasonable on the bill. Took care of me right away even though it was just a pull bar in the bath.
