My family has used Adam’s tree service for several projects over the years because he’s an honest businessman, always on time and his crew never fails to go above and beyond our expectations of what work we wanted done.

He said he’d grind my stumps as part of my service, when he was done he said he didn’t have a stump grinder but had a friend who take care of it. That never happened. He called in early March as generic touch base with customers calls. Asked him if he was going to take care of these stumps for me. He said he now had a grinder and could come see what needs done. We scheduled a time at 830. I waited for over an hour, he never showed and never answered my calls.

I don’t understand how these guys got the reviews they have. My neighbor without notice was removing his trees. I say without notice because all of the trees but 1 was in MY side of his yard.. no idea they were coming they just pull in my driveway.. with their wood chipper/truck unloading equipment on MY property. Again, no one bothered to come to my door to say anything I noticed them. I advised them they could leave the truck where it was. Instead they moved it closer, even after I advised I work from home And have people coming in and out of the home because of a person with a disability lives here. I had to ask them to move the truck .. becuase the man “in charge” left within minutes with no one to guide his crew…
I had to go outside and ask them to move the truck since I could not work with the noise.

Still obviously they had to use my yard.. they smashed some bushes and PROMISED after they would fix it and trim what was broken when they were done. (Ok cool)

Then they bring a huge truck into my property AGAIN, after I already advised his employees it was no longer ok. But again they did not care and did so anyway.

They partially cleaned up.. came back and still left pieces of tree Stuck deep in the ground. I watched them walk around the pieces with no attempt to get them.
I’ve called and left messages no one has come back to fix the few things that were promised after this entire debacle because of my neighbors ignorance and the boss lack of respect for peoples property.
If these guys can’t take care of a few minor issues left behind …. Then I definitely would never use them for me or recommend them to any of my family or friends in this area.
Use High Point much more respectful and has follow thorough… and the owner grew up in the area, much rather support that kind of business then one that can care less on the impact they had on the community and peoples property.

SCHEMER!! DID NOT COMPLETE WORK IN THE QUOTE. ARRIVED 1 HOUR LATE. DID NOT CLEAN UP PROPERLY. WOULD NOT RESPOND TO FOLLOW-UP CONTACTS. UNTRUSTWORTHY.

I hired Adam’s tree service to maintenance my lawn on a biweekly schedule. They showed up 1 time and did a ok job. Few days later I received a text message from my account representative Julian saying that I owed another $55 for another cut that they never did. I explained to Julian that I only owed for one cut. He insisted that I owed for two. He then later messaged me saying he got me mixed up with another customer. I was given a quote for a clean up for my front flower bed, I accepted the quote and he then insured me that they will come again and clean my front flower bed, no one showed. I texted Julian 3 more times and he never got back to me. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Adams Tree Service was the best price and I was amazed at the clean up his crew did. They were courteous, respectful of my property and did everything Adam promised. Excellent price for quality work.

STOLE MY $1,000 I PAID FOR PLANTS! Adam seemed like a reputable and nice business man-they originally showed up and took down the large pine tree in our front yard and ground it up as discussed. He also installed 2 new pine trees in our yard with no issues. They came and prepared some beds in the yard, but it seems the prices weren't exactly explained properly-I paid them for the prep work (even though it seemed a little weird at this point) He them asked me to send him $1000 for the plants and the final $1000 would be due when they came and planted them. I sent the $1,000 via Zelle for the plants several months ago and have never seen or heard from them again! I sent texts, emails, left voice mails, requested the $1000 back via Zelle and sent a registered letter (which was never picked up). But still no money or plants. DO NOT USE THEM! I also see their website is down now.

Adam was On time & Very responsive also very knowledgeable in his Craft! The guys came in with smiles and kindness! Our neighbors and our yard had so many stick from the impact of the fall and His crew really payed attention to detail and collected them All! They left the job Flawless!

I recently used Adams Tree Service for the maintenance of my yard. I cannot express how pleased I am with the exceptional work his team performed! Throughout the entire project, the team was incredibly courteous, professional and respectful of my property. They took great care to ensure that every detail was addressed and they left my yard looking absolutely amazing. I had a most of my trees trimmed and also a few that needed to be removed, in addition to a beautiful landscaping job- I will continue to use ATS in the future for my seasonal landscaping needs and any tree services that are needed.

We had several trees that were dangerously close to our home and were tricky to work with on our own. However, Adam and his coworkers were able to help us and safely removed the hazardous trees. We are now able to live worry-free during storms and windy weather. Fantastic service and excellent industry prices. They are tree service professionals and I would recommend them to anyone in the eastern Cuyahoga and southern Lake county areas!

While taking down a tree on my front lawn, they hit and damaged my gutter. They said they would fix! They said this is fixed. (Picture added) The water is starting to damage my bricks. And every time you call the messages inbox is full. The contact I had with company texted today and said HE is no longer with the company. Getting estimates now and most likely I will have to take this matter to court!
Do not used this company! I feel the work ethics are BAD!! Use them at your OWN risk!
