Cant say enough good things about these guys. My orders are always ready on time, they are always double checked, and I have yet to find a product they cant get for me. Zach and John at the front counter have always been a huge help.

These guys rock! I was running behind on a job last week, called up there at the end of the day to order some material for the next day that I figured they wouldn't have in stock, they had it at the shop the following morning! Absolutely killer service, I would recommend these guys all day long.

One of, if not the best supply houses around. If you call the front desk, any of their people can help you out. John and Zach are top notch and know their stuff. I have spent thousands upon thousands with these guys and I will continue to do so. Fast, quality service, they always have my order ready, even as a small contractor, and believe it or not... the coffee is not half bad haha

Definitely a one stop shop. Great prices on RAB lighting and all the new tech that they are coming out with. Everything I order is ready to go on a cart when I arrive. These guys have saved my bacon more than once when I need parts that nobody seems to have in stock. If they don't have in Medina it will be there first thing from the massive warehouse they have. Counter guys are stellar. Always helpful. Always eager to find a solution or a product the will fit the bill. Keep up the good work guys!

Had these guys over to hook up some extra circuits and deal with a problematic junction box. Extremely professional and courteous. Great team to work with. Will definitely call again for my next project.

I called these clowns yesterday and scheduled someone to come out for service. This morning (10:00) I called to get a time window and was told someone would be over right after the job they’re currently finishing up. Someone called me around 11:30 and pushed the arrival time back to 2:00ish. I tried calling twice around 3:30, since they still hadn’t shown up, and got no answer twice. It’s now after 4:00 (they’re closed for the weekend) and not only did I waste an entire day waiting for these bozos, who never showed up, but now I’m going to have to push back another contractor I have scheduled for Monday. I’ve been jerked around all day. 👎👎

Called yesterday to schedule repair of damage caused by Lowes installation. Technicians called this morning on their way to house. Tested and replaced my damaged 240V socket in under an hour at a fair price less than quoted over phone. Techs were very professional and wrote ticket in support of my damage claims against dryer installation crew.
