We had to have deck supports put under our deck for our hot tub. The did a great job! Very professional and easy to work with.

We have used JP Services to mow our lawn ever since the business started. They have done landscaping, tree and stump removal and mulching. In addition, they built our deck and installed a brick patio. The crew is always very courteous and professional. We have been very satisfied with their service.

At the end of April I reached out to JP Services to have our yard fenced in. Due to the fact that we have three neighbors with fences, all that we are looking for is to have the portion closest to our home enclosed, making this a very small job. After initially reaching out, Jim told me that he would stop by in a few days and do the estimate for me. A week later I had not heard anything, so I reached out again. Jim said he would stop by the next day, which he did and gave me the estimate. He said that his team would be there in two weeks to install the fence.

The day before the fence was supposed to be installed I called Jim to confirm because I had not heard anything from him. At that time he told me that the ground was too wet and we would need to push it out another week. Another week goes by and I have once again not heard anything from JP Services. I call again to confirm and am once again told that the ground was too wet, we would need to push out the installation another two weeks. That brings us to today, which was supposed to be the installation day. Once again, there was no communication from JP Services, so I called to confirm the day before that they would be here today. I never received a response and no one came to install my fence.

Luckily, I was able to contact another company that said they would be here Monday to install the posts. I'm hoping to have a more positive experience with a different company.

Be VERY WARY of anyone that only wants cash. As the other review mentioned, hard to get a hold of after the fact. The owner will avoid your calls and make excuses if you have problems.

Here’s an edit: we gave the owner cash because he “prefers” it. I believe you guys take other forms of payment, but you obviously like to hide money or cook your books when you can. We should have just used a check or a credit card. Don’t be pathetic with that reply, you know the truth...... the reviewer prior to this said he wanted cash to “avoid a paper trail”. There’s a pattern.....

I didn't even use this company, but our neighbors did . So this company thought it was okay to drive on my newly installed lawn. Lawn wasn't even installed three weeks ago , and the ground of course is still soft from the top soil and keeping it watered. I'm glad they feel it's okay to run new lawns and hoses over with there equipment.

My landscaping looks beautiful! The design, stone work, and plants are gorgeous. The problem is that the owner will not return my calls regarding some plants that died and have a 1 year replacement agreement. I do not recommend businesses who collect their money and do not take care of follow up.

I had a flooding issue and requested a quote for a French drain. I was advised, by Jody, that what I wanted would not solve my flooding problem, and was told to go with a standard, smaller drain. I trusted his advice, and even though he charged me double what others had quoted for the larger drain, he was willing to start immediately. The crew was very nice, but the owner, Jody, was extremely rude and seemed to be in a hurry. After the job was complete and paid in full, and once it rained, the flooding issue was still there. I have called Jody several times, in a panic, and still have not heard from him. That was over 2 months ago and I still have not heard back from him. I contacted another landscaper, who told me that the job they did would not work and I need a French drain. So not only do I still have flooding, I am out almost $2000, and have to start all over again. (Doesn't seem honest that he also took cash for this; said he took off $100 so he didn't have a "paper trail") Very disappointed and do not recommend this company. Very poor customer service.

NEO landscaping does an amazing job. Al and the rest of their team are amazing to work with and they always seem to go above and beyond to care well for us and our property. I highly recommend them.

I appreciate when the owner of a company makes sure that no matter what he is actively involved in keeping his customers happy. Great service and will bend over backwards falling on the sword if necessary.

Our lawn was put in late august, had the liquid sprayed seed to over 1.5 acres. Presently more weeds and spare spots!! Scattered areas of seed! Anyone want a recommendation drive by and look at 3613 windsong in Medina!Came out at one time and applied more seed, but very little difference. Sent numerous pictures!

Very honest Sincere hard working people and reliable. They did a very good job, I recommend this company to everyone and I will use them for my future planning .

We unfortunately have this company as our hoa's snow plower. If it were up to me.. they would have been fired a long time ago. They never come in a timely manner, damage property, don't fully do the job, skip sidewalks, etc. It's just blatant laziness. I truly hope enough people step up and say something to our hoa and we can get a different company. I would rather pay more for a reliable and thorough company to come and do our snow maintenance because the service provided and not provided by this company has just caused headaches and stress.
