Jeffrey K diagnosed the issues and repaired all problems. He was thorough and informed. All issues with the water dispenser as well as the water leak were addressed and taken care of. His visit was covered under my 2-10 home warranty.

The AI was a nuisance it was continually sending new messages about steps already taken. The work has been complete since Wed.Jan. 6th,2025 and I'm still getting messages trying to schedule the work. I would get messages to schedule work before the part Sears ordered arrived at my home and then tell me I couldn't schedule. AI with Sears is a complete circus. Hope I never have to deal with them again.

Iljir was a perfect technician! He called when he was 25 mins away, arrived exactly when he said he would, ran tests on my oven to diagnose the issue, fixed the problem right away and explained everything to me along the way.

Service tech Jeffrey K was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. Fixed the issue with the leaks and icemaker/water dispenser. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Used my 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and it was covered completely.

Neil was extremely personable and helpful. He was able to make the repair on my oven quickly and efficiently, plus gave me tips on care and maintenance. One of the better repairman I've had visit.

The service person was wonderful, knowledgeable and worked quickly. My only issue is the price. It shouldn't cost $199 to reattach a. wire. He removed the back with an electric gun, pulled the wires together and twisted them, then put electrical around it. He replaced the back and that was it. Sorry but $199 is an outrageous price for that service. No parts to replace.
