Joe and Adam were great to deal with. Very responsive and transparent during the process. Was a fairly large project and they ended up dealing with a few unexpected issues along the way. Pricing was very fair for the qualify of work and would absolutely call them for any future service. Being new to the area is was important for me to find someone I trust. Black River has completed several projects at my home over the past few years. They have done a phenomenal job each time. From LVT flooring to ceramic tile work in a shower and most recently a furnace replacement, they have been professional, competent, and so respectful. On Wednesday 2/4/26 our furnace quit working. After an initial look by a local HVAC, who determined a gas valve needed replaced and the actual heat exchanger was rusting through. I then called Black River HVAC . They came out the next morning. They too, confirmed the other company's finding. We then settled on a Trane furnace and air conditioner system and a new furnace was installed by that same evening, which was good because night time temps were near zero.
They guys were fast, reliable and very courteous and made sure everything ran as it should. Just a great company
